This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa is located in Sosua (Puerto Plata province - Dominican Republic), and has a size of approximately 1400 sq. ft. The residence has a communal pool, is walking distance to the beach and is steps from all amenities (restaurants, shops, clubs, bars etc.)

The villa has its own private garden, and is spread over three levels as follows:
- Level 1: living area with adjoining kitchen, a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower, private laundry room equipped with washing machine and sink.
- Level 2: a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and a beautiful terrace facing the pool.
- Level 3: a large sun terrace.

A few house rules:
- The residence is guest-friendly (you can invite anybody without any additional fee, respecting the maximum overnight capacity of 2 adults per bedroom).
- Pets are not allowed.
- Smoking is only allowed in the outside areas.
- Proof of identity and refundable security deposit required by residence.
- Flexible check-in/check-out times, according to availability (during office hours only).

Housekeeping can be arranged upon request, and other optional services (such as chef, driver, car rental etc.) can be organized as per your requirements.

Rates vary according to seasons and the duration of your stay: massive discounts are possible for long-term rentals and low-season bookings (if you find a lower price, we will match it)! Also, only a small down payment is required to confirm the booking.
