We had a great trip. Great communication and follow up. The views are great, the house was super clean and we even had a few deer show up on the beach. We will be back!

Great property and location for all of us. Close to the Country Club and we loved the screened in porch and beach access. We have been to BHI every year since 1991 and this was one of our favorite properties. We started going when our daughter was 7 and it’s wonderful now enjoying it with her, our son-in-law and our 3 fifteen year old grandchildren. Enjoyable family vacation!

It was terrific. we've stayed in many BHI houses and this had the best view of the water from the main house, a really quiet beach in front, and a nicely appointed house that was easy to live in. Outdoor dining as well as seating was a nice plus.

Beautiful Home in a Great Location

We had a wonderful stay at Tee Time! The house was comfortable, well stocked, and perfect for our family vacation. The outdoor spaces were great for relaxing after a day at the beach, and the location was convenient to everything on the island. The property was exactly as described and made our trip to Bald Head Island unforgettable!

Amazing views

Perfect!

Everything about our trip was absolutely perfect. The house itself is awesome, it's our third stay at Tee Time! We had two very minor issues, which ITrip addressed in record time. We were able to check in earlier than expected, which was a huge help being that we were traveling with three small children. The house was well stocked with the basic necessities. Would have liked to have had a working hand vacuum as well as a Swiffer mop, but other than that we had everything we needed. Would definitely book through ITrip again and stay at Tee Time again next year!

Relaxing Golf Course Getaway

Tee Time was the perfect BHI escape! The home was spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We loved the peaceful golf course views and the location made it easy to get to the beach, marina, and clubs. The golf carts were a huge bonus and communication was excellent throughout our trip. We highly recommend.

Wonderful trip/wonderful home

Thanks so much for such a great stay. Bald Head Island is one of my favorite places, and now "Tee Time" on West Bald Wynd is one of my favorite houses to stay in. Everything was exactly as it should be--and the location couldn't be more perfect--right on the beach with wonderful sunset views. It was so much fun tooling around the island on the golf cart that was provided by the hosts. We enjoyed our stay immensely. Your crew did a great job getting us booked and then taken care of during the trip. I'd definitely recommend you guys. Thanks again.

Perfect for Families, Dogs, and Sunset Lovers

We had a wonderful stay at Tee Time on Bald Head Island! This home was truly perfect for our family, our toddler, and our two golden retrievers. The house was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up, making it easy to relax right away. One of the best features was that every bedroom has its own large, clean, and beautifully maintained bathroom—which was so nice, especially when traveling with family. It made mornings and evenings incredibly easy and stress-free. We also loved how close the home is to the club, making it very convenient to get around. The golf carts were a huge highlight—having both a newer 6-seater and a newer 4-seater was ideal and made exploring the island effortless. Evenings were extra special with beautiful sunset views, and the peaceful setting made it easy to unwind after busy beach days. Traveling with a toddler and dogs can sometimes be challenging, but this home made everything easy and enjoyable. The iTrip team was great to work with—responsive and professional from start to finish. Tee Time truly felt like a home away from home, and we would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!
