We had a wonderful time. The house is very beautiful and spacious, perfect for our family reunion. The host, Chelsey Franklin, was very responsive and awesome! We would stay there again.

Unique Property

The design/layout is very different. It worked out really well for a 3 generation family get together. We were there durning the FIFA world cup quarterfinals and there was ample seating in the living/family room to watch the game. The ping pong table in the lower room was enjoyed by all; the swimming pool was too. Our grandchildren had fun playing hide and seek. There were so many really good places to hide. They also enjoyed the PacMan game on the 3rd level. There was a variety of other games on the 3rd level that our grandchildren also enjoyed. The 5 full bathrooms came in very handy when everyone was getting ready to go to our nephew’s wedding.

We arrived at the property and when we first walked in, there was odd odor, but we thought maybe that was just from being shut up all day, but then we noticed every carpet, rug and piece of furniture had excessive stains. Stains that made you feel uncomfortable to sit down or walk in bare feet. It was very uncomfortable. We chose this particular home because of the backyard because we were going to spend a few days grilling and lounging by the pool and that was not a possibility the grill was so filthy. It was unusable. The pool was filthy. The backyards furniture was turned upside down. like no care had been taken at all. when we walked out into the backyard the screen doors were filled with filth and cobwebs. I mean quite frankly it looked like they hadn’t been opened in decades really. It was a huge disappointment. We spent one night there and then we called the host who is always quick to answer my phone calls and asked for a refund. We were going to have to leave the property. We just weren’t comfortable at all, and she was only willing to give us one night refund, which I have yet to receive, but she didn’t seem to understand how deceiving the photos were and how dirty the place really was. I would say absolutely buyer beware here! This felt like something college boys would rent and party in not a family vacationing.

The pool needed attention, and unfortunately, our regular weekly service didn't align with the timing of your stay. We had someone come out the following day to address it, but we also understand that you preferred to end your stay early, and we honored your request. The rug near the entry has since been replaced, and after inspecting the furniture, we were unable to locate the stains mentioned. Our team is committed to maintaining high standards for every stay.
