Our bach is simple but has everything you need for a fantastic, peaceful beach holiday.

Perfect for kids and families, with a stunning location right on the water.

You can even bring your dog!

Spacious section: Plenty of parking on the huge backyard – or set up for a game of cricket.

Unbeatable location: Two surf beaches within walking distance and a safe tidal estuary for swimming right outside the front door.

Convenient amenities: Less than 10 minutes to the supermarket, bakery, café and liquor store, and only 20 minutes’ drive to Whangarei City.

Boaties welcome: Just 100m from the local boat ramp – bring the boat and make the most of the coast.

This is a much-loved kiwi bach – nothing fancy, just the essentials in an incredible setting for making lasting family memories.

No wi-fi, no TV, no phone (but awesome coverage with One NZ or Spark if you want to hook up yourself).

We love the location, that we can step off our deck onto the sand. Hearing the tide… so peaceful. Crystal clear water, beautiful walks and close enough to everything else you may need.
