Our place is a quiet, farm-style retreat in Wainuiomata, with open space, native bush, and friendly sheep and alpacas around the property. While it feels rural and peaceful, it’s still an easy drive to Lower Hutt and Wellington.

Because this is a real farm setting, you may notice uneven ground, insects, and wildlife outdoors. Inside, the space is clean and comfortable, with a few short steps leading into the accommodation.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

Please gather all used towels and place them on the sofa before you leave. Leave duvet covers and pillow cases on as our cleaners will collect them.

Kindly take your rubbish bags to the bins at the main entrance. Please do not turn off the main switches as this resets the WIFI

Please leave the space reasonably tidy and ensure no personal items are left behind. Guests are asked to wash any dishes they use during their stay.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
