Perched on the third level, Beachfront Retreat A offers breathtaking 180-degree views of the Pacific with no one above you—just endless sky and sea. Step onto your expansive 30-foot private balcony and take in the sights and sounds of the surf, sea life, and surfers gliding across the waves.

Inside, the living room features a wall of windows that brings the ocean in. Relax on the custom-designed loveseat or queen-size sleeper sofa while the waves provide the perfect backdrop. The modern kitchen is outfitted with Frigidaire appliances, granite countertops, and a walk-in pantry, ideal for preparing beachside meals. The ocean-view dining area seats six comfortably, with two additional stools at the kitchen bar.

The primary bedroom offers balcony access, ocean views, a walk-in closet, and a luxurious bath with a walk-in tub/shower. The second bedroom includes two walk-in closets, a linen closet, and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower.

This exclusive 3-story oceanfront building features a large shared sandy yard—perfect for lounging or beach play—and is located in desirable South Oceanside. You're just minutes from downtown Oceanside, the iconic pier, Carlsbad, and the Oceanside Harbor.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Oceanside at this beautiful oceanfront condo! Great location and nicely furnished. The only "problem" I had was the sound of the waves crashing on the rocks was so loud the first night I had to close the windows and curtains but it was a full moon! Would definitely stay here again

We really enjoyed our stay. It was private and fairly quiet, but there was construction nearby so we could hear drills and hammers and saws all day. The unit itself was well maintained and comfortable. We did have to go buy coffee filters and laundry soap. It’s hard to beat the view!

If you love the ocean, you'll love this place. Literally 20 feet from the crashing waves. Place was clean and oven worked well. Refrigerator and freezer perfect for our needs. Covered balcony allowed for sitting out in all weather. Master bedroom/bathroom were nice with a huge shower. Probably need to put a new, firmer mattress in there but other than that all was near perfect.

The condo was beautiful, and very well stocked with everything we needed for a relaxing few days by the beach. The condo is on the beach and we enjoyed the balcony thoroughly, morning coffee watching the surfers, and sunsets in the evening. Entry instructions were easy to follow and having a garage was a plus. We would definitely reserve again.

It was a beautiful place! I loved that the kitchen, and living room and master bedroom were all facing the porch that was on the water. Also you could even hear the waves in the back of the house. We had a garage to park our car in.

Great spot for wave watching

Very spacious and comfortable for two. Plenty of room for two more, if they can share a room with separate beds (kids). The kitchen had all the supplies we needed to make some great meals. There was no beach while we were there, but we greatly enjoyed sitting and watching the waves from the balcony, couch and dining table.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: having a bank of windows across the front of the house lets you view the ocean from every common room and the primary bedroom. It's a bit tired, but the view made up for it. Showered in the second bathroom when the hot water in the main bathroom was hard to find. Still...if you want to be 10 yards from the ocean, this is your place.
