Unwind in our recently renovated, chic oceanfront condo! Wake up to breathtaking views, soak in the salty sea breeze from your private balcony, and fall asleep to tranquil waves. Enjoy modern comfort just steps from pristine beaches. Perfect location for beach lovers looking for a relaxing getaway. Your seaside paradise awaits!



The Space:

Our condo is air conditioned! Don't believe anyone who says you don't need A/C in the summer - the condos along the beach are extremely hot on summer days. This unit is part of a seven unit complex. In order to access the unit, you will need to walk up two flights of stairs.



Guest Access:

Door PIN will be sent just prior to your arrival. Please note it doesn't activate until your scheduled check-in time.



Other Things to Note:

Keep in mind that the parking area is pretty tight. A large truck won’t fit, so if you do have a large truck, you’ll need to park on the street above (Pacific St). A minivan (since it can make tighter turns) will fit as well smaller trucks and sedans. There is possible construction noise from our neighbor Mon - Sat during work hours. By booking, you are aware that loud noise won't be an issue for you and there will be no discounts or refunds given if construction occurs during your stay.

Great location just LITERALLY steps from the beach with a designated parking spot. There was some construction happening next door, but it didn't disrupt my trip. Would definitely stay again!

This was the perfect place for our family of 4, kids are young so we’re able to share the pull out couch. Location and ocean views were AMAZING and we loved sleeping to the sound of the waves! Would definitely stay here again!

Having a location so close to the beach and Pier was amazing for convenience and walkability. Having a designated parking space and laundry available on site were the two best perks of this location. We were quite surprised with the massive construction being done directly next door, which obstructs your ocean views by 50%, but were able to enjoy the remainder of our view from the patio and made the best of it.The family of guests in the unit above us were extremely loud. It sounded like there were at least 5 kids completing obstacle courses and running as loud as they could, the majority of the day. This went well past quiet hours of 10PM and started up again around 5:30AM every day. It was very difficult for myself and my kid to rest well due to the level of sound, but when I reached out to the owner, my concern was not addressed. This is the 2nd time we've stayed in this unit, and while it meets some of the basic needs and conveniences, we will be looking for alternative rentals for our annual trip to Oceanside.

The place was immaculately clean. The furnishings and amenities were very nice, the bed was comfortable. The best thing was the ocean and sunset view from an upper floor balcony.

The view is amazing! We woke up the first day and saw dolphins playing in the surf! The place is nice and clean and has everything you need. It’s walkable to lots of great restaurants and Nick is very quick to respond. We will definitely stay here when we come back to Oceanside!
