What a great stay. I rented the space with my teenage son and dog. The place was very clean and spacious. All questions were answered in a timely fashion. We will definitely be back.

Location is absolutely perfect for skiing or being near the town of Windham. The house is immaculately, clean and welcoming and very comfortable for four adults with a child and a small dog. Couldn't recommend this more highly and I would've paid more for this particular stay

There were three major shortcomings one was that unit was almost impossible to find, Two was that the rugs in the entry were not clean and inviting Three is the WORST. The TV (there was only one in the unit) was hopelessly complex and not connected to a normal Cable service! There were not enough instructions in the house, for example I couldn't figure out how to lock the house. All easily fixable but they would have made a huge difference in my experience I wasn't

When you had difficulty locating the property, we answered each call and provided directions by phone and FaceTime to help you arrive. We also assisted with operating the front-door keypad. We aim to make arrival straightforward and will review our written directions and locking instructions for clarity. The television offers streaming services rather than traditional cable. We understand this setup may be unfamiliar to some guests and appreciate your feedback about providing clearer instructions. We also take your comments about the entry rugs seriously and will address them with our cleaning team. We want every guest to arrive to a clean, welcoming home and feel supported throughout their stay.

Good trio. Hot tub was great! There is a basketball court nearby for the kids. We went during off season so very quiet and safe. Townspeople were nice. We came a bit early and met the cleaning crew, who were locals. They were very nice and gave is helpful tips. Place was clean, relatively spscious, nice fireplace. It was good trip. Only downside was I wsd expecting the kids to have pool access. But the property hsd closed it for the season. Bummer, but not a big deal as the kids could play basketball. All in all nice getaway. And the property manager team/host were very communicative and engaged, so that was nice.
