Our stay at The Palms was amazing! The check-in was incredibly easy. The place was immaculate and looked just like the pictures. There was lots of space. It was decorated beautifully and the beds and pillows were very comfortable. The backyard space was very peaceful. Being able to sit out back for a fire in the evening or eating on the patio was very nice. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed. The owner was easy to reach and checked in during the week to see if he could do anything for us. The gift basket of munchies and bottles of wine were a bonus and very appreciated. We will for sure stay at The Palms again!

Spent a weekend in January at The Palms in Kitchener. I've rented properties on VRBO since 2013 and to date I've never stayed at a cleaner, cozier and more welcoming home. From the layout of the home, furniture and decor to the utensils and linens - everything is perfect. This home is straight out of Architectural Digest magazine. I had to work late on the Saturday so the snacks provided by the host was most appreciated. Thank you Dereck!

We loved staying here. This a very well designed and kept house. The living space is great and is matched by 3 good double bedrooms (the master bedroom is especially cool). Throughout our stay we were also impressed by the responsiveness of the host
