This was a great little place to stay and was super affordable. It seemed to be fairly close to the different hikes we wanted to do. The hot tub was fantastic at the end of a long day out.
My family of 4 really enjoyed the place. The view from the hot tub was amazing and we were able to watch the sunset. The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals after a little grocery shopping at the local grocery store. Close enough to Zion but tucked away in a quiet neighborhood.
This is my first time staying at this rental and I have to say it was great. The owners were super nice and extremely responsive at all times. It was comfortable, clean and had everything I needed for my mountain bike getaway. Will absolutely stay here again for my next mountain bike trip and I'll tell you, the hot tub after a long day of riding is great therapy!
Nice place overall. The owners do live upstairs and have a few little cuties who can make some noise. If you're wanting privacy and/or want to be loud keep that in mind. Hottub is shared, but we didn't get in but if you're looking for an amazing view from the tub this is a great spot.
We stayed for a week while we hiked around in the nearby national parks. The home had everything we needed during our stay. There was occasional noise/stomping heard from the tenants upstairs. The bunk beds were a bit squeaky & there is a steep gravel hill that you have to carry your luggage down/up from where you park your car (you cannot roll your suitcase). Several homes are close by, but did not cause issue.
We enjoyed watching the beautiful sunset over the river and mountains in the back of the house. Highly recommend visiting the Stagecoach Grille and River Rock Roasting Company, both of which are 5 minutes from the house.
The hosts were excellent! Andrew was very helpful with anything that came up or any questions we had. The property is gorgeous and a five minute drive from the highway to Zion. All amenities were there as advertised and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and great to come back to after a day spent hiking. 11/10 highly recommended.
