This renovated, modern studio is located in Fairhope’s premier Fruit and Nut district. It’s only three blocks from Mobile Bay, with pier access for fishing, swimming, or catching incredible sunsets. You can walk to downtown Fairhope in minutes for shopping and dining. This 400 sq ft studio is located behind a main house, surrounded by a lush landscape. The studio has clean, white linens on the bed, a full sized fridge, microwave, and access to a gas grill. We have a paddle board and a 6-seater golf cart for rent. You’ll have access to flat screen tv (w/Roku), wireless internet, Google devices, a large covered porch with giant fans, an open patio for al fresco dining, Come stay, relax, and see all Fairhope has to offer!

Had a wonderful time and the host couldn’t have been nicer. They gave me lots of privacy and the space is really well thought out and functional for a small square footage. Fairhope is a darling community, and a great place to unwind.

Anniversary trip

Our stay was perfect. We were looking for rest and relaxation, we found it here. The porch was perfect for reading, dinning and enjoying conversations. Biking the coast line was an added bonus!

Perfect spot in Fairhope

We had a lovely stay in Fairhope at this simple, very attractive VRBO. Beautiful neighborhood location. Easy to walk to downtown, where we enjoyed the Arts Festival, and to the bay, parks and restaurants. Easy communication with the host. Will be back!

Weekend Getaway

Wonderful cottage! Had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a lovely outdoor deck to enjoy as well! The location is perfect in beautiful neighborhood only 3 blocks to the Mobile Bay. Close to downtown shopping and restaurants. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Absolutely fantastic stay. My wife and I were made to feel so welcome by the hosts. Everything and everyone was wonderful. The property was ideally located for downtown Fairhope and the beach equally. We would thoroughly recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in this area

Really great location for getting to town and waterfront. Quiet environment. Not ideal if you want to do much meal prep on your own, due to limited kitchen space/amenities; but otherwise great. Ashley was a great host.

A Perfect Couples Weekend Getaway!

My boyfriend and I stayed in this bungalow for 3 nights over the 4th of July weekend and loved every minute. It’s really beautiful, inside and out. The patio is huge and overlooks a very pretty back yard with flowers and plants everywhere! The inside was decorated nicely and very cozy….just the right size for a couple looking to relax for a few days. The AC works great, which is important in the summer! We loved the location too, just a short ride to everything around. Honestly, everything was perfect from the fresh flowers on the patio table to the comfy bungalow itself. We rented the golf cart that was available during our stay and had a blast exploring Fairhope for the first time. We will definitely be back! Ashley was a wonderful host and I can’t say enough good things about her or this property. You can’t go wrong with this one!

Peaceful Paradise

This place was so amazing. In a quiet neighborhood with a great outside sitting area. The room had a comfortable bed, two kinds of pillows and everything I needed including an oil diffuser and “Hey Google” which would adjust the temperature, play music and tell me the time and temperature. The place was clean, the coffee was superb and the location was close to town and close to the bay. The hosts were gracious, Chris carried my bags for me and Ashley spent time with me like I was her family-leaving in the lights for me, asking me if I needed anything. She even offered to get a cooler of ice for me because I was arriving days after Hurricane Sally hit the neighborhood and they were not sure about when power would return. . I would highly recommend this rental. It was a Perfect gem by the bay.

Everything was beautiful and flawless! We even had a bottle of Pinot waiting on us. The Bungalow and porch are both even more beautiful than the pics. Beautiful Fairhope Bungalow

My husband and I evacuated here for Hurricane Ida. Ashley and her husband could not have been more gracious hosts. They were warm and welcoming. This little bungalow is perfect for a couple wanting to experience the beautiful town of Fairhope. Cannot say enough good things about this location, space and host!
