Great location with new pier, double hammock between large trees beside pier, fire pit/grill combo with wood to burn, nice new patio furniture, open floorplan, raised ceilings, ceiling fans throughout, box fan, 2 bedrooms-1 king and 1 queen, leather sleeper sofa, extra deep tub/shower with nice combo rain shower head and extra hand-held one, 3 new large smart TVs, wifi, kitchen/dining with stove, DW, microwave, coffeepot, and equipped for all basic cooking and dining needs. Long attached carport accommodates two vehicles back to back. 1st Monday shopping, Brookshires grocery store and Walmart supercenter are all less than a mile away.

I am retired and live about 15 miles away from the property. My husband and I have been fixing up this property for the last few months, and enjoying it as an escape when we can.
What makes this property unique
Very close to First Monday shopping, as well as Walmart and Brookshires. Also, the small lake is wonderful for fishing and/or relaxing.
