Escape to sunny paradise in this lovely three bedroom private home –only 10 minutes to beautiful South Beach Vero, also less than 5 minutes to downtown and shopping. Perfectly situated in a quiet neighborhood – with a large entertaining yard with a hot tub! This home has beautiful and comfortable décor to meet all your needs and wishes. Great home for large families & friends with lots of space, many activities, and the Atlantic Ocean sandy beaches nearby. Dog friendly.

The space
The home features a fully stocked kitchen, cozy dining & living area, three comfortable bedrooms, family room area, and two full baths. Washer & Dryer are in the garage, which was converted into two bonus rooms for more fun with family and friends. Screened in porch for relaxing. Board games and books. Yard games and patio furniture for outdoor fun. Enjoy the bbq, games, and fire pit in the large private yard.

Lovely home

Very comfortable home. Has everything you need. We greatly enjoyed staying here. The backyard is expansive and loved the fire pit and hot tub. The only downside is it backs up to a street so being outside is a little noisy but still enjoyable.

Great Stay!

Owner communicated great from booking through check out. The house was exactly as described and very clean. We loved the location, in a quiet neighborhood and an easy drive to beaches and golf courses. The kitchen had everything we needed - just had to pick up some groceries. The coffee bar was a special touch! The fenced in backyard was perfect for our dog. We would definitely stay here again!

Better than a hotel

We chose to stay here instead of a hotel so that the 4 teenagers could have their own space and instead of air mattresses at the in-laws. This place was perfect!! The location was close to EVERYTHING, the house was immaculate, communication was the owner was top-notch... the addition of the beach chairs/toys was the cherry on top! We will DEFINITELY be back every single time we come to Vero to visit my in-laws!

We enjoyed our stay here, stayed for a month and it seemed the longer we were here the more we enjoyed it! Check in was great, there were no problems that we needed to contact Tiffany for while we were there so we texted when we got there and again when we left a month later. The house was very well stocked with anything we needed, kitchen, bathroom, laundry! The neighborhood was very nice with lots of friendly folks! It was a short drive to groceries, beach, a gym we joined, shopping, The back yard was very nice, our dog loved chasing the lizards and an occasional squirrel!overall, the place felt much like home. I would recommend it for a short stay or a longer stay either one!

Great Accommodations and Host

This house had everything that we needed for the two of us and our dog. It has a large, very well stocked kitchen that has everything that we needed, and more! There's plenty of dishes and glassware where you didn't need to run the dishwasher every day. It also has an excellent backyard that our dog enjoyed. We were in town to visit my mother for Mother's Day and she lives within a mile from the rental property so it was a perfect location for our needs.Tiffany was a great host and was very quick to respond to a couple of questions that we had and she was even able to accommodate us and rearrange her cleaner's schedule when we discovered that I didn't choose the correct check-out day. Oops. Thanks again Tiffany! All in all it was a great stay!

We have three properties in Florida- two condos on Hutchinson Island South and this single family home in Vero Beach. And 5 vacation rentals in Northern Michigan. We use our properties for quick get-aways and longer vacations. It is very special for us as a couple and as a family. Vacations give us an opportunity to reconnect and bond which is essential with all of our lives being so busy.

Why they chose this property

As parents of 3 sons in their 20s, we wanted something that appealed to all ages. We also wanted a variety of activities, lots of great dining places, and beautiful sandy beaches. These wonderful locations checked all the boxes for us

This is a perfect get away spot. It has all the things that you need to relax and entertain. Plus close to everything that Vero Beach area has to offer. A cozy and relaxing home with all the details taken care of.
