We welcome you to our Coastal Getaway home! Relax on the covered patio in our heated pool with custom joutdoor lighting! This newly nautical themed home features a beautiful pool view dining room, kitchen, and lounge. The split floor plan is perfect for any multi-family arrangement while offering a quiet workspace lounge. The Master Suite features a King bed, tv, and private bath. The first guest bedroom features two twin beds perfectly decorated for children. The second spare bedroom has a queen bed and smart TV. The spare bathroom is a combination tub and shower shared by both spare bedrooms.

Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No parking on street or in front of neighbor's homes Maximum of 3 vehicles allowed total. No animals in pool or there is a $75 fee and loss of use
No smoking or vaping allowed inside or near windows or doors outside. Excessive trash or missed pickups will result in $20 fee each occurrence.
Guests are required to clean grill and empty grease trap into garbage after each use.
