Suitability
- wheelchair inaccessibleBuilt in 1989, the cabin does not meet the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessibility. However, there is a ramp from the gravel driveway to the entrance door (beginning ramp height is a couple of inches above the ground and one standard step from the end of the ramp into the cabin). Two bedrooms and the bathroom are located on the first floor of the cabin for guests who are unable to navigate the spiral staircase.
Notes
- There is a large outdoor stone fire pit with seating. Guests enjoy sitting around the fire at night enjoying the dark sky and stars. Great for roasting hot dogs, marshmallows and making mountain pies. The cabin property adjoins the Moshannon State Forest with over 200,000 acres of wilderness to explore. There is a beaver dam within walking distance. A nearby mountain provides superior sled riding in the winter. Forest roads and trails provide ample cross country skiing and 4-wheeling adventures.

Cancellation Policy
- 100% refund if you cancel at least 60 days before check-in.
- 50% refund (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 30 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property that is caused by you or your party during your stay.
