Large home with great kitchen area and large yard in a safe area. Downsides was hair on the bed and in the shower so less than optimal cleaning. Instructions for accessing the property were sent by email days before but I did not see it and they were not on the VRBO website. I called the various numbers and got a bot that gave me another number to text and they had to contact someone else. it took a while for them to respond and in the meantime found the info in my email. The heating was locked and the home at 60F so that was another contact and they corrected it.Overall, given the location and size I would use them again as responsive to the issues and nice size for larger group.
