This townhome features 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, offering a King bed, a Queen bed, and 2 twin beds to comfortably accommodate 6 adults. We can also provide a queen size airbed to be used in living room upon request.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Smoking inside the apartment is prohibited. A $300 fine will be charged if smoke odor is detected after checkout.
Any damage to the house or its furnishings will incur an immediate $1000 fee or the full repair cost (whichever is higher).
The house can accommodate up to 8 guests. The home sleeps 6 guests, but an airbed can be provided for 2 additional guests for an extra charge.
