About this property

HGTV House on Open Water

Waterfront home on open water at the mouth of a large cove with beachfront play area and large dock. Dock has rocking chairs and Adirondacks for seating as well as dock whips/cleats for guests to tie up either a boat or watercraft. Lots of space and seating on patio with television and a propane fire pit that may be used for s’mores. Home renovation was featured on HGTV in 2017. Light, bright open living and kitchen concept that can host up to three families. Main house has three bedrooms. Upstairs master has a king bed and a newly renovated full ensuite bath. One downstairs guest bedroom has a king bed and the other guest bedroom a queen bed. Downstairs has a newly, renovated full guest bath as well as a powder bath. Two full size washer and dryers. Separate bunkhouse has large sectional couch for lounging and tv which is perfect for older children and/or teens. There are three sets of bunk beds that include three full beds and three upper twin beds. Please note there is no bath in the bunkhouse.

Beautiful lake house!

I spent a long weekend here with my family and we had a great time! The house is beautiful and very well stocked. The kids loved the trampoline, deck, and swimming on the beach area.

Short but sweet

We had a wonderful time with family! The kids loved the bunk house, sand/beach area and the trampoline! The view is wonderful and the house well appointed with everything we needed. We were also able to rent a boat and had a perfect day on the water. Our son caught a 23” bass right off the dock! Was a perfect 3 day get away! Thanks

So much Fun!

Our trip was so much fun. The property has a great view from the inside, but we spend most of our time outside. The deck was large and spacious, the dock was clean and easily accessible and the beach area was a lot of fun. The beach area did need raking and some cleaning as we found broken bottles and cans in the water, but we made quick work of that and enjoyed it. The sand area could use a rake readily available to clean washed up debris. The beach area was the most fun. The property was well appointed and had everything you would need. If you are thinking about staying here, don't hesistate. It is worth it.
