Featuring a queen bed that comfortably sleeps up to 2 guests. There is also a sofa bed that folds out to Queen sized bed. The perfect place for couples or small families. Nice property, great communication and host was very helpful. Great beachfront location on Okaloosa Island. Nicely decorated and clean. The efficiency was a little cramped and really only sufficient for two (2) people. The price point could have be a little more reasonable for the size of the room.

The room had a beautiful view, was clean and kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies. The check in and out process was super easy. The pool area was nice and clean but had a feel issues with the codes opening the pool gates. Overall we had a wonderful experience.

Room was perfect for the 2 of us. While the room sleeps 4, I think it would have been cramped if our 2 kids were with us. We loved the balcony! Loved watching an evening storm come through and watching the sun set from the balcony. The beach chair service was amazing to have. Everyone we met there was super friendly. We would totally come back here.

Loved staying at this end of Okaloosa Island. No traffic, no crowds, and no hassle. Have been going to Destin for 25 years but it's unbearable now during the summer. Never knew how great Ft. Walton Beach was.This unit was perfect for us. Tucked back from most of the units with easy elevator access. The space is small but has everything you need. Most of all an oceanfront balcony and a great view from bed! And you can't beat having two beach chairs included. Will definitely go again. Hopefully this summer!

One could point out a couple flaws of the property, like the finicky toilet, the confusing remotes (tip you only really need the Samsung one and it takes a usbc to charge) but all that is minor when you look at the over all vibe of the condo. It’s tight and cozy

The property is amazing. Especially for solar travelers I will definitely be back. It was spotless.There were some communication issues arriving, I would suggest a place to store luggage and recommendations until the property is ready. Do not arrive early. It throws them off. Lol,but I believe that was my fault, but they sent an angel to resolve the situation. Her name is Carol. She was the inspector made everything right !I even got a new refrigerator. I would recommend this property to anyone and everyone it is put together so nicely. The use of space was intelligently put together. The views are amazing amazing.

The view from the unit was so beautiful and it was super convenient. It was very clean and very cute! It is smaller than it looks on the listing so if you pack heavy, you may not have the most room. The only thing that I could add is that the bathroom could be updated but still gives you everything that you need and has a spacious shower/bath combo. 10/10 recommend. This was perfect for my small family of 3.
