House was large and accommodated our group well for Outside Lands weekend. Great for the price and clear instructions from the host. Garage and driveway parking are very convenient for small cars. Would recommend bringing towels as only bath towels are provided-not hand/face towels.

Clean and priced for what you get. Some areas had more wear and tear or not as new as pictured in the photos but overall the place was clean and exactly what we needed. Hard to access the bottom floor when car was parked in garage. Garage barely fit Honda CRV, that we had no room to access downstairs play room and barely enough space to access 2nd floor bathroom. Wish this was stated in description. Host was very easy to reach and communicative.

It is very clear the owner does not put much into this property or care how it looks. A kitchen cabinet was literally hanging off the hinges, coffee table completely stained as well as the kitchen table. The shower door would not close. Our car did not fit in the garage due to the washer and dryer. He offered to refund us if we left now -late in the evening after traveling all day. we went for a family funeral and did not have time to search for a new place. I would not recommend this place.

Room was clean, location was great; many supermarkets nearby made everyday living very accessible. Everything in the house works: tv, stove, oven, and fridge. Bedrooms were VERY comfortable and clean. Washroom was a little small but everything was clean and works great. Huge backyard and basement game room allowed for fun and exciting family times after an eventful day.
