We stayed at this property for the 2nd time. The place was ready for us early, and it was spotless upon check-in. We had a little trouble with the internet, and Dawn replied immediately and sent someone to help within minutes. The location of this property is amazing. A short walk to all downtown activities. We would love to stay again next time we visit Saugatuck! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We really enjoyed our stay. Large one bedroom with a very comfy king bed, beautiful rain shower. Cozy porch setting. Very clean and nice amenities. Walkable to town. Highly recommend Phil’s Grill and Bar for dinner and Vicki’s in Douglas for breakfast. Rented E- bikes and hit Mt. Baldhead, Felt Estate, State Park and downtown. The street is busy that the house sits on so bring your sound machine. Would definitely stay here again. Great fall weekend!

We have stayed in many vacation rentals through the years, but this Saugatuck property was by far the best we have encountered. Everything was so meticulously clean, organized for ease of use and stocked generously with everything that you could need for your stay. Very nicely decorated and well-maintained property including beautiful flowers and outdoor landscape. Location was ideal for easy access to downtown area restaurants and shops. Host supplied all the check-in, check-out, wi-fi and emergency phone numbers in a timely manner. Thanks Dawn! And no, we don't know her, just appreciate great product and service.

Loved almost everything about the place: the decor, the comfort, the proximity to town. But there was a noticeable musty smell that made it rather unpleasant to be there, and the host's response was simply, "Sorry." As a result I probably wouldn't stay there again.

Plenty of room for two and so close to downtown! The bedroom is huge and has a “nook” perfect for a pack and play or toddler bed if traveling with children. I would book again if we had our tot with us :)

This was probably one of the best properties I have stayed in, the host has thought of everything you may need during your stay, from plenty of paper towel and trashbags, to beach chairs and towels, to a bowl of mini candy bars on the side table in the living room. Super clean, updated, beautiful property with close proximity to downtown. Dawn is prompt and helpful with messages, would 100% recommend and stay again myself. (Weekend girls trip for 4 of us).
