This two bedroom, 1.5 bathroom unit, with an exclusive car space for your use, is located on the second floor in the Diamonds Sands resort on the Gold Coast. The resort boasts a stunning resort style pool which is available to all guests. Please note that the unit is only accessible via internal stairs and it is several flights of stairs from the basement car park to the second floor.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load the dishwasher
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please return keys and gate fob to the lock box located in your private car space and scramble the numbers on the lock box once closed.
Rubbish - please place in the large bin in the basement carpark (slightly further along than the unit car space).
BBQ - if you used the bbq please ensure it has been cleaned and ready for the next guest. Special bbq cleaning items are located under the kitchen sink
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
