This luxury five bedroom/four and a half bath home located on Woodside Avenue in Park City's Historic Old Town. A five minute walk to the town lift and away you go to Park City Mountain Resort for a day of skiing or snowboarding. Take a walk to Main Street in minutes and enjoy shopping and great restaurants. Come and go as you please and meet your group at the house after a day of ski/snowboarding. There are no worries about taxis or shuttles; everything you need is within reach. Once you experience the ease of walking everywhere, you will return year after year to this vacation home. Take a short shuttle ride to other resorts in the Canyon such as Deer Valley and Canyons Resort. Want more skiing options? Less than an hour drive away you will find Snowbird, Snowbasin, Solitude, Alta, Sundance as well many other fantastic resorts.
A well thought out and spacious floor plan serves as a perfect fit for groups and multiple families. The top floor offers a master bedroom (king bed), walk in closet and has its own private bath, guestroom 1(queen bed), guestroom 2 (two twin beds), full bathroom on this floor as well. Right off the Master bedroom you’ll enjoy the outdoor 8-person hot tub. On the main floor you will find a comfortable bedroom (queen bed), with sofa, walk-in closet and private bath. The bottom floor bedroom (king bed) has its own separate bathroom (this bedroom does not have central heating, but a well equipped space heater is provided). A pull out one-person cot can be added upon request to accommodate an additional guest. There is ONE garage parking space available as well as 2 spots in the driveway. The home is well laid out for privacy.
Your vacation home comes fully equipped with all the comforts of home such as; dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, utensils, linens, towels, video game console, CD and DVD players, and cable TV. We also have some great board games for that quiet night at home.

We were traveling as a group of adult friends and had a blast. This house is in an excellent location with immediate access to both the ski slopes and downtown. Would absolutely stay here again!
Great place, easily accommodated 9 of us. The extra fold-out twin was surprisingly comfortable. Location was ideal to lift and town. Communication with host was excellent regarding a washer repair/replace and delivery of extra linens with minimal disruption to our day. Highly recommend!
This house is very conveniently located for skiers that can at least do blue/black skiiing. I enjoyed the fact it was very close to the stairs to walk down the mountain to downtown. It made for easy ski access and easy downtown access.
The house was in a great place and it had everything we needed. It wasn't a prisitine clean space but the owner did let us check in 3 hrs early. I'm ok with give and take. Somone super picky might be disappointed but we were happy with the house.
Family of 6 adults were a little squeezed in the lounge area, but the owner sorted out bean bags and we made it work. The property is right in the heart of Park City and a block from the Town Lift. Unfortunately there was not enough snow in mid-January to ski-in-ski out. Be warned also that the Town Lift is really slow and gets very cold.
Home is as advertised. Dozen steps or so up to Quittin' Time ski run, which takes you down to Town Lift....and you are ready to roll. Or take the steps across the street down to about the center of Main St. Would be hard to imagine a much better location of you want to ski and also be downtown. Took less than 10 minutes to walk to Aloha ski rentals and back to return our gear. This is our 4th year in PC and this was our favorite spot. The home itself is well appointed. The beds got universally good reviews. Small issue with the cleaning crew but the hosts were attentive. Nothing that would keep us from coming back again if we get the chance.A great location for kids and adults alike. Home is comfortable and inviting.
Awesome location, layout for big group and kitchen well equipped!
We had a fabulous time at this VRBO! We stayed here with two families of 5 plus 1 grandmother! The size and layout of the house is awesome for a big group, and the location can’t be beat! Ski home or into town, or ski home and walk down the steps into town! The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking actual meals, and had everything we needed. The house itself could use some maintenance, updating and deep cleaning - but nothing that was a deal breaker for our group. We loved having the hot tub to relax in after being on the slopes all day, and the beds were comfortable for all of us. Just as an FYI and nothing against the home itself, we were there with very young kids and it was their first time skiing (the youngest being ages 3 and 4). The slope home proved to be a rather difficult blue for the kids to manage at times, but that made it a real celebration when they were able to manage it by the end of our trip!

The location on the slopes and near shopping and restaurants is perfect. The house is well equipped and we cooked for most meals. The bedrooms are adequate and very comfortable. Would stay again.

Ski in - Ski out + walk to downtown. It doesn't get any better. The property slept 10 comfortably. It's not the newest or fanciest, but everything works great. My only knock on the place is that the family room only has comfortable seating for 5, others needed to pull in chairs from the kitchen table or a bean bag. The owner/management company was great to work with.
3 minute walk from Park City Main Street and Town Lift. Ski-in/Ski-out when Quit'n Time run is open. Everything was clean and ran smoothly except unfortunately last day (Jan. 1st!) there was a problem with main breaker to the city grid. Owner got help out to fix same day despite the holiday and bad weather.
We had 4 adults for a quick ski getaway. The location really can't be beat - easy walk down the street to put on skis and straight to Town Lift, and super easy walk to town to enjoy everything Park City has to offer. Good beds, easy access in and out, and clean. The only minor thing to consider is the living area is rather small for a house this size -- most square footage is in the bedrooms. Would recommend, and will stay again!
