Great space and location!

We had such an incredible time at this house! It was perfect for two families. Super close to the mountain base and we walked to dinners on Main Street easily. House was well equipped for all of our cooking as well. Highly recommend! John was also a great host!! Great communication. Will definitely stay again!

Amazing trip and an amazing house

Perfect place to stay close to everything on the main drag. House is beautiful, clean, and with plenty of space for everyone. Mattresses were incredibly comfortable and every guest had their own space. I look forward to being able to return next ski season. Thanks John!

Amazing Park City home for group ski trip

We had a large group of adults stay at this house for a ski trip! The house is beautifully laid out, has an amazing main floor to entertain guests, and was in an amazing location that was a short walk from Main Street. We couldn’t have asked for a better house!

Awesome Park City Ski House

This property was perfectly located for a great family ski vacation to Utah. It was just about two blocks off of Main Street Park City and a 7 minute drive to Deer Valley Resort. The actual street was quiet and safe. The house was spacious, clean and very kid friendly while having all the amenities anyone could need. The owner and property manager could not have been more friendly and accommodating. We had a fantastic week and I highly recommend this property to anyone going to Park City/Deer Valley who needs/wants a spacious, comfortable, updated home.

Our reunion at Park City

We had a fairly easy rental process. All my questions were answered immediately by John. No trouble finding the house. It is walkable to the Old Town and the lift there. Unfortunately we rented our equipment at the main lifts and had to access transportation which turned out to be very easy. House was well supplied and plenty of room for all. Several gathering areas. Very comfortable there and would like to return.

Absolute Perfection in Park City

This home was the perfect way to host a big group vacation. The location is impeccable, just a short walk to Main Street, yet far enough that one can avoid the (Sundance) crowds, if desired. The homeowner was helpful and responsive to every inquiry. Everything was perfectly clean and well-stocked. And the home itself was the best rental I've stayed in. The fit and finish is gorgeous, and the appliances are high-end, more like a home and less like a rental. The layout is perfect, with plenty of common space and spacious bedrooms that are far enough from the central living areas to feel private. And unlike many rentals, the kitchen was extremely well-appointed, with enough cookware, dishware, etc. to actually handle the number of people staying in the house (we did a lot of group meals in). I can't recommend it highly enough and hope to stay here again on my next trip to Park City!

What a house!!!!

Website photos do not do justice to this property - house is so much better in person. Just got back from staying there for 1 week - so convenient to Main Street Park City shops, restaurants and free bus transportation. Property mmt. was very responsiive to our requests and we appreciated their immediate attention to our questions/concerns. Only drawback (for summer rentals) was the lack of folding chairs and a small table for the porches for sitting outside. All in all, we would encourage anyone interested in a wonderful rental to consider this house. There are lots of trails to explore by bike or hiking. Park City museum covers the history of the town - mining, skiing, theater, etc. Ghost tour of the town was very informatiive and entertaining. Silly Sunday market had lots of food, crafts, produce, etc. Tanger Outlet mall is nearby for items forgotten at home. Olympic Park has summer fun rides. All in all, something for everyone.

Family ski trip

Great property with lots of room. Manager and owner quickly responded to all questions and needs. Walkable to historic old town. Walk to town lift too far with skis and ski boots but easy to park in parking garages nearby.
