Our apartment is located on the city fringe, offering easy access to the city while being just outside the busiest areas.

This is a private apartment in a 3 unit boutique residential building.

You may experience normal city sounds such as traffic or neighbors, especially during peak hours.

Quiet hours are observed from
11:00 pm to 7:00 am out of respect for other residents.

No parties, events, or gatherings are permitted. Only registered guests may stay overnight.

Smoking or vaping is not allowed inside the apartment or building.

The apartment may not be suitable for young children or infants due to apartment-style living and layout.

Parking is free on-street, please check before booking.

Self check-in is available, and details will be provided prior to arrival.
