With a European-style design, the living room is on the second floor, integrated with a full kitchen and dining area. There is a deck on each floor providing a breathtaking view of the waves and wildlife. Walk down to wade in the water, go fishing, kayaking, or tubing, and enjoy a perfect view of the sunset over the water. The kitchen is stocked with all you need, including a fridge, oven, microwave, toaster, and Keurig coffee maker, for drinking your morning coffee and watching the sunrise over the river. Books, table games and puzzles are provided for your entertainment.
There are seating areas on both decks, along with a BBQ grill upstairs, for an outside meal overlooking the water. The dining table inside seats 6 and is next to a large, comfortable couch. The unique furniture adds to the large assortment of original art and decorations found around the house.
With 400 feet of riverfront private beach, This is Kayaks haven. You can store your equipment safely in the covered garage under the house, and you can comfortably put in or exit right under the deck. 3 Kayaks are available onhand for your use along with all necessary equipment. Also available are river tubes which you can use for an unforgettable summer sunset river float. The shallow beach is great for for kids to wade in (under adult supervision of course), explore fishing or just discover the tiny water wildlife.
