Unfortunately, this rental was not stocked with many of the basic amenities travelers typically expect. There was no hair dryer, no coffee machine or coffee cups, and the kitchen was very poorly equipped for cooking. We struggled to find even basic cookware and utensils needed to prepare meals. While the property itself may have been adequate, the lack of essential household items made our stay less convenient and comfortable than expected. I would recommend that the host provide more standard amenities for future guests.

Thank you for your feedback. We would like to respectfully clarify that all of the basic amenities listed on our VRBO property page are indeed provided and were available during your stay. Items such as the hair dryer, coffee machine, coffee cups, cookware, and kitchen utensils are stored in a designated central location within the property for inventory management purposes, as these items are frequently used by multiple guests. It is also worth noting that during your three-night stay, we maintained regular communication and repeatedly checked in to ensure everything was satisfactory and to see if you needed any assistance. At no point were these concerns raised with us. Had you simply reached out, we would have been more than happy to direct you to the location of the items or assist with any questions regarding the property’s amenities. While we appreciate all guest feedback, we believe this situation could have been easily resolved through communication. The amenities referenced in your review were present in the property; they were simply not located where you may have expected them to be. We remain committed to providing a comfortable experience for all guests and encourage future guests to contact us at any time during their stay if they require assistance locating amenities or have any concerns.
