This modern apartment is located in the old part of Puerto del Carmen, just a short walk from the beach. The 100 m2 of living space is spread over 2 floors. The upper floor is the well equipped kitchen with dining area and lounge. On the balcony you can have breakfast and comfortably take the first rays of sunshine in reception. On the lower floor there are 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a terrace from where you have direct access to the communal pool. Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. A large sports center with tennis courts, fitness center and sauna adjacent to the small complex.

Great stay!

Enjoyed our stay! only slight negatives were that the beds were hard, not to our taste and the outside table and chairs were flimsy and cheap (different to the advert picture)

Property was lovely but there were a few little things that would make it so much better like a mirror at dressing table because only 1 socket and hairdryer didn't reach long mirror and bathroom was too hot to dry hair. More towels would be great. Plus only master bedroom had bedding.Air con wasn't working at 1st but sorted quickly. Over all it was great apartment and great location

All four beds are always equipped with fresh fitted sheets. If guests require additional sleeping arrangements, they are welcome to use the other beds as well; only the duvet and pillow need to be moved from one bed to another. For future guests, please feel free to let us know in advance if you have any specific preferences or requirements regarding the sleeping arrangement. Perfect location

The property is in the perfect location, a short walk between both the Old Town and the main strip in PDC . Was slightly disappointed in the beds but not enough to ruin a great holiday .

Great location spacious apartment

Lovely apartment, spacious and in a great location. Well equipped. Was great that pool towels were provided and little touches like hand soap, cleaning products, kitchen towel etc.,Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely place to stay

Good communication, reasonable location, no fault with cleanliness or amenities . Personally didn't like the bunk beds but imagine if you have kids there'd be no issue. Couple of sunloungers around the pool broken, but overall, we enjoyed our stay:-)

Excellent apartment! Amazing location for everything in Puerto del Carmen. And having the two verandas was a bonus. Only slight improvement would be better tv selection and air conditioning in both bedrooms. But overall really good place and host. Melanie was excellent! Thanks

Excellent location, very clean & well equipped. The only issue was not informed on booking description that the air-conditioning is coin operated, which worked out quite expensive, only used on night time approx 5-6 a night. Could not fault check-in with Melanie. Excellent

All the space you need

Fantastic apartment, open plan and spacious. 2 double bedrooms 2 bathrooms. The host provides everything you need in the kitchen. They also provided sunbed towels. Air-conditioning paid separately but only cost us €7 for the week. Right on the pool, and our own sunbeds too. Absolutely perfect.

Lovely apartment

Lovely duplex apartment on a residential complex in a good location. It was great to have the washing machine too. Air con is in the upstairs kitchen/lounge area and the main bedroom not in the smaller bedroom. It is pay as you go. Beds are firm which was perfect for us. Can’t really fault the place and will definitely stay there again when we return to Puerto del Carmen.

Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda. El apartamento tiene una situación privilegiada por su proximidad a la playa, restaurantes, etc... es amplio y tiene todas las comodidades sobre todo si estás en familia con niños/adolescentes. La propietaria ha estado en todo momento atenta a nuestras necesidades, pedimos una sombrilla para la terraza y la tuvimos, el microondas se rompió y lo sustituyeron rápidamente. Si el próximo año tienen disponibilidad volveremos sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias Melanie!!

Schöner Aufenthalt

Tolles Apartment, sehr gut ausgestattet, geräumig. Wir haben es nur zu zweit genutzt, es ist aber auch für 4 Personen groß genug, 2 Schlafzimmer und 2 Bäder! Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Vom oberen Stockwerk (Terasse)sieht man aufs Meer. Die Terasse im Erdgeschoß liegt direkt am sauberen Pool, es stehen auf der Terasse 2 bequeme Liegen zur Verfügung. Unterhalb des Pools liegen mehrere Tennisplätze, von denen aber nur wenig zu höre ist. Einziges Manko, deshalb bei Lage 1 Stern weniger, in der offenen Halle, die zu der Tennisanlage gehört, trainieren manchmal auch Gewichtheber, die dann ihre Gewichte aus 2m Höhe einfach fallen lassen, was mit entsprechendem Lärm verbunden ist. Tagsüber ist das kein Problen, da man ja normalerweise am Strand und auf der Insel unterwegs ist. Abends ist nichts zu hören, nur an manchen Tagen fangen sie schon um 8 Uhr morgens an, da kann man sich den Wecker sparen, wenn man bei offener Terassentür schläft, wie wir es getan haben.

Tolles Apartment

Wir hatten einen tollen Urlaub in diesem Apartment. Es liegt ruhig, aber dennoch sehr zentral , und Restaurants, Supermärkte , Strand und Shopping Center sind in nur ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.

Great location

Excellent communication with Melanie, from booking to our stay. Washing machine broke & she called to us on a 'bank holiday ' to help arrange help for us. Apartment had everything we needed, with not great weather would have been nice to have had english speaking channels on the tv.

SEA VIEW APARTMENT

Just returned from a week's stay in this clean and well presented south facing apartment no.16 (sun all day) overlooking the pool. Situated close to the shops, supermarkets and restaurants.The apartment contained all necessary equipment for a self catering holiday. Although this apartment had been recently decorated the complex does show some signs of age. The booking process was easy with any questions quickly answered by Melanie.We were met on arrival by Suzanne who showed us the apartment and gave us the keys.

praktisches Appartement in Strandnähe mit Pool

Wir haben unseren Urlaub zweigeteilt, erst Spaß und Unterhaltung für den Sohn, dann Ruhe und Entspannung für die Eltern. Deshalb haben wir den ersten Teil unseres Urlaubs in dieser Anlage verbracht. Noch vor dem Frühstück in den Pool hopsen? Hier kein Problem, besonders angenehm war dabei der extra abgetrennte weniger tiefe Poolbereich für Kinder direkt vor der eigenen Terrasse. Auch zum Strand Playa Chica ist es nur ein Katzensprung. Der Playa Grande ist ebenfalls zu Fuß mit nur einigen Schritten mehr zu erreichen. Abends waren wir oft noch schnell auf der Promenade ein Eis essen und haben uns das kleine allabendliche Feuerwerk bei der Chiringuito Beach Terrace angesehen. Das Appartement ist groß und geräumig, und die Aufteilung in obere Ebene zum Wohnen und untere zum Schlafen hat uns gut gefallen. Gerne haben wir auf dem Meerblick-Balkon gesessen und Frühstück oder Abendessen im Schatten der Markise eingenommen. Die Gartenanlage ist gepflegt, der Pool wurde täglich gereinigt. Wir haben uns prima erholt und kommen gerne wieder.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und auf dem neuesten Stand. Die Lage ist sehr zentral und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nur wenigen minuten erreichbar. Die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich und gut zu erreichen. Wir waren jetzt schon das zweite mal in der Ferienwohnung und würden sie immer wieder weiterempfehlen.

Brillant family holiday...

Stayed here for 2 weeks wish it was longer! Arrived to a clean, bright spacious apartment with everything we needed for our stay.We were greeted by Melanie who was very helpful and courteous. Welcoming gesture was a large fruit basket and water to get us started. The apartment had everything you would need for a self catering holiday....fully equipped kitchen, dining area and very spacious living area leading onto a private balcony with table and chairs. Downstairs has excellent bedroom space with lots of storage and 2 bathrooms and a sun terrace with table, chairs and sunloungers leading to the pool. The added bonus (for my children) in this apartment was wifi and its prime location. Would recommend a stay here and we will definitely be returning!

Schönes, zentral gelegenes Apartment

Wie haben eine Woche in diesem schönen Apartment verbracht. Die Wohnung ist zentral, aber doch ruhig in einer Seitenstraße gelegen. Restaurant und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fussläufig zu erreichen. Die Maisionettewohnung bietet genug Platz für 4 Personen und ist schön renoviert. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Sehr schön ist der große Balkon mit Meerblick, auf dem man dem ganzen Tag die Sonne genießen kann. Das Apartment entsprach genau der Beschreibung, ist sauber und in einen guten Zustand- als einzige Verbesserung würden wir ein Radio und eine Föhn vorschlagen. Toll waren auch die großen Strandtücher, die sonst im Koffer doch sehr viel Platz benötigen... Wir würden die Wohnung jederzeit wieder mieten und auch an Freunde und Bekannte empfehlen. Besonders erwähnen möchten wir den freundlichen Kontakt zum Vermieterin, die von der Anmietung bis zur Anreise stets hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar war. Man hat sich vomPersonal Kontakt an gut aufgehoben und betreut gefühlt. Vielen Dank dafür!!!

A nice apartment in need of some TLC

This is a nice flat which could do with an upgrade. The faults I found were no kettle provided, a sink which did not have a plug to fit, a broken sun umbrella, a door to the balcony which needed a body builder to open and a balcony covered in astro turf which needed a good clean. I enjoyed my stay in the apartment despite the above deficiencies.

immer gerne wieder

wir haben Mitte September 2013 zwei hervorragende Wochen Urlaub im Apartment Palmarena III verbracht. Das Apartment sah im Original noch besser aus, als auf den Bildern. Es gab nichts, was es nicht gab.Trotz Trubel ruhig und zentral gelegen. Nah zum kleinen und großen Sandstrand. Einkaufen war auch kein Problem. Wir danken Melanie Schmidt für die nette Betreuung. Wir (mein Mann 55 und ich 54) kommen sicher nochmal wieder.

Absolut gelungener Urlaub!

Das Appartement ist ein absoluter Traum, man hat alles was man braucht für einen gemütlichen Sommerurlaub. Wir geben deshalb nur 4 von 5 Sternen weil in der Anlage öfter Mal bis weit in die Nacht hinein Wirbel war der einen kaum schlafen lässt - damit muss man aber rechnen wenn man nicht alleine ist!! Ansonsten wirklich ein absolut gelungener Sommerurlaub für uns :)
