Newly built, immaculate, and so serene. This sweet vacation home sleeps 12 and comes with peaceful vibes and breathtaking views. It has everything you could ask for, plus warm feelings of nostalgia that you didn’t know you needed.

Outside, the flat lot is perfect for yard games with a quick, easy stroll to the boathouse where you will enjoy spectacular, expansive views of the main lake. As the first house in a cove off the main lake, you will enjoy protective water paired with immediate access to the main lake. Water depth is 4 to 5 feet directly off the dock. It is only a few minutes boat ride to the Eaton Ferry Bridge and popular restaurants on the water. You can enjoy a gorgeous sunrise with your coffee on the double-bay boathouse with sundeck, ready to hold one boat or jet ski (in a 19’ by 10.5’ bay with 5,000 pound capacity), along with provided kayak and standup paddleboard. When you need a break from the water, you can relax in the screened-in porch with brand new patio furniture, one of the 2 smaller open patios, or at the primitive firepit where you can roast marshmallows and view the stars…our favorite nighttime activity!

Inside, you will find a stylishly decorated interior with gorgeous new bathrooms, a large family room, well-stocked open kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bunk room sleeping 6 with additional play area perfect for kids, and more.

During your stay, enjoy activities such as boating, swimming, water skiing, wake boarding, wake surfing, restaurants, biking, hiking, fishing, golfing, wineries, and more. Better than the beach….it is a perfect spot for family and friends. Two-three families with kids, a ladies get away, a gentlemen’s fishing trip, or a romantic retreat awaits you.

Kitchen & Dining Area: Stylish open concept, perfect for families, with chef’s oven, and high-end appliances. Fully stocked for all your cooking needs and 3 sets of sliding doors to lakeside yard and adjoining screened-in porch.

Family Room: 2 story cathedral ceiling with wooden beams and welcoming stone fireplace to overlook a stunning, peaceful view of Lake Gaston. 2 full couches and one rocking chair. Flat screen smart TV over fireplace.

Bedroom 1: Queen Bed, 2 nightstands, large dresser, flat screen smart TV, closet and remote-control ceiling fan. This room is quite large and is a great space for anyone needing a pack and play.

Bedroom 2: Queen Bed, 2 nightstands, small dresser, and remote-control ceiling fan. No closet. Smaller of the upstairs bedrooms with incredible view of the lake.

Bedroom 3 (Bunkroom/Playroom): 2 set of bunk beds including full size beds on bottom and twins on top, sleeping a total of 6. Perfect for kids or adults with regular, quality mattresses. 2 small closets, small dresser, and small cubby area with beanbags for watching the flat screen smart tv. DVD, toys, and games.

Bathroom: Bathtub, shower, double sink, plenty of storage, cathedral ceiling, and large window with lots of light.

Boathouse:
Double bay with lifts: One bay is always in use, but the other is available for your boat or rental.

Dock on side: partially covered, for space in and out of the sun. 10-12 plastic Adirondacks for you to move easily as you wish.

Sundeck: accessible by spiral staircase. 4 loungers on top.

Aluminum ladder: at dock edge to enter and exit the water.

Neighborhood boat launch: super close, only 1/8th of a mile away.

Toys: Kayak and standup paddle board for your use. Bring your own floats and boat toys.

Fishing: pretty good right off the dock. Lake Gaston is well-known for its great fishing with more than 30 species including large-mouth bass, striped bass, catfish, crappie and bluegill.

Other Notes: Depth is 4-5 feet at end of dock. We recommend bumpers for your boat. Use of dock and lift is at your own risk. Bring your own life vests, water toys, water shoes, and fishing gear.
