Welcome to Stella Apartments! This spacious level 11 apartment offers stunning City views, featuring bright open-plan living, engineered timber floors, and remote-controlled blinds.
The modern kitchen includes touch-catch cabinetry, an induction cooktop, electric oven, integrated dishwasher, and a stainless-steel fridge freezer. It boasts two airy bedrooms with walk-in robes and two stylish bathrooms, plus a laundry with washing machine and dryer.
Enjoy the stunning westerly sunset views from your private balcony, where you can gaze upon the surrounding buildings. Please note that while the apartment faces west, the views are of the city rather than the harbour.
Conveniently located just 150m from the Newcastle Interchange and 200m from the harbour foreshore, enjoy easy access to transport and scenic walking paths.
There is a convenience store & bottle shop within the building as well as an Italian restaurant.
Close by is a Yoga & Pilates studio where my guests enjoy a discount.
Guests also have access to the building's gym.

- Hotel type servicing is not available during your stay allowing significant discounts to longer stays. Approx. 7 days worth of advertised consumables will be provided to long stays.
STRICTLY NO PARTY GUESTS
No noise is permitted between 10 PM and 9 AM, and noise consideration is required at all other times. Parties, events, loud gatherings, binge drinking, smoking, and recreational drug use are strictly prohibited.
If you're visiting Newcastle to party, please cancel your reservation. Our properties are located in residential buildings, and we wish you a great time somewhere more suitable—like a hotel.
