About this property

Swansea Lakeside Sunsets are two villas, on the shores of Lake Macquarie

Newly built modern villas, with stunning lake views over Lake Macquarie.

The property has a comfortable master bedroom with Queen sized bed and plenty of storage space.
A second bedroom contains a bunk and a single bed. There are built in robes in the second bedroom with ample storage space.
A modern kitchen allows for a dine in or alfresco options for the family. There is seating to capture the views overlooking the lake on the front deck and a BBQ setting out the back.
A fully appointed laundry is available for your convenience, which includes a large washing machine, and dryer, ironing board and iron.

There is a large grassy backyard for all to enjoy, and a corrugated iron outdoor bar area, with historic relics.
The property has been lovingly built, up cycling elements from the original 1950's house in a contemporary way.

Swansea is situated between the shores of Lake Macquarie and the nearby beaches of Blacksmiths and Caves Beach. There are ample opportunities to enjoy water sports, swimming, fishing, beach activities or just sitting and watching the sunset from the deck.
There is a boat ramp across the road for the boating enthusiasts, and jetty to enjoy, with parklike surrounds.
Swansea boasts a variety of restaurants and eating options for those who would rather not cook at home.
Whether you want to have a hit of tennis, play ball sports on the oval or walk the beautiful foreshore, there are plenty of options for everyone.

Also note there is possibility of booking the second apartment simultaneously enabling family or friends to stay in close proximity.

Peaceful getaway with lake views

Ive stayed here mutliple times now. Love this place. Across the road from the lake and boat ramp, right in the heart of town. Love the big backyard and layout of the house. Just a great little place to stay.

Wonderful Location!

The photos of the property don't do justice to how wonderful the actual location is. Both the days we spent there, the sunsets were absolutely divine and we were able to enjoy them while sitting on the front deck. Mal thought of everything,and checked in to make sure we had everything we needed. Very comfortable, and clean premises. An added bonus was the pelicans that live on the lake, opposite to the property. Would definitely visit again. Thanks Mal!

Relaxing and memorable experience

Mal's place is perfectly located at the heart of Swansea. Everything is accessible and convenient especially those must-see places at Swansea. Home is very cozy place to stay in. Best spot is staying at the living room over looking the water view! My husband and my friends really enjoyed our stay.
