A little gem !

We stayed in this apartment for 8 nights. It’s better looking than the photos. The view is to die for. We enjoyed the view every day and night. It’s been renovated recently so it is really clean and fresh. We asked a few questions to the owners while there and they responded very quickly. If you stay here we would recommend hiring a car. Everything from here is a 10-15 min car ride. We loved Mullet Beach 10 mins from here. Orient bay and Grand Case also worth a visit. There is a bar and restaurant on site and there is a bakery next to the apartment complex. Fresh bread and pastries every day. The pizza restaurant Mezza Luna is very nice too. The pool is sooo lovely we used it every day for a morning swim. They were renovating their back garden pretty much on the beach. We are so pleased we found this place and we would definitely come back!

3 weeks in Nettle Bay

In discussion with the owner we chose to accept a better suited apartment in the adjacent resort La Lagune. It was perfectly situated, nice outdoor patio, quiet, and almost next to the beach. We rented for 3 weeks. The owner was initially quick to respond to questions. The apartment needed a deep clean. There was a layer of dust on the fan in the kitchen that had been there for a while. Food stains on the ceiling in the kitchen. The fan in the kitchen didn't work and never got repaired. The oven didn't work either and didn't get repaired. I suspect these appliances ceased to work due to the numerous power outages during our three week stay.Supplies were also lacking. Can you imagine a French kitchen apartment with no corkscrew! There was no kettle or vegetable peeler. At least these items were supplied when I mentioned it to the owner.A little bit more attention to details would elevate this property to five stars. For example, it would have been nice to have a binder explaining how to get in the pool area, what fob to use to open the secure parking area, WiFi password etc.Of note, a car is needed to go anywhere from here.

Peaceful View, Good Location

View and location was good. Poor design of bathroom as rain shower was useless. Shower was small and water splashed and wet floor. French side has water restrictions and city shuts off water with no notice to vacationers. Water stains on ceiling in living room. Bed was comfortable though an extra blanket would have been nice. Unit was clean and adequately equipped. Good to have bakery and store close by.

Domaine non rénovée depuis l'ouragan

Belle vue, mais tout est simpliste, 4 couteaux, 4 assiettes, .....seulement un drap blanc sans couverture dans le lit, douche bouchée, aucun linge de table, 2 draps de bains... cuisine équipée dans le minimum, jamais vue ça dans 7 ans de location, obliger d'acheter un poêlon, une boîte à lunch pour la plage, chaises de plage, planche à découper, couteaux....

Great Condo at an affordable price.

We had a wonderful stay at Carol's property. Great location with wonderful views of the water as well as sparkling swimming pool. The owners went out of their way to make our stay as comfortable as possible. The room was certainly oversized and the balcony was huge with lots of room for our breakfast with the family every morning. The bed was comfortable and everything well cleaned for our arrival. Thank you for sharing your property with us and we look forward to our next stay...
