Located in the north end of grande prairie.
About 5 minutes walking distance to superstore and Boston pizza
It is a up and down suite so there is a tenant in the basement who is super friendly!

Except the cleaning closet of course 😛
The side yard is shared with the tenant downstairs, but feel free to use the bbq, fire table or just lounge on the sectional!!

This is my first time using Vrbo for accommodations and I enjoyed the experience. Scott was very responsive to the messages I sent with questions. The house was exactly as listed in the post and the price was very reasonable. I will definitely stay here again if I need to stay in Grande Prairie again.

The place was great. I never did receive any check in/out instructions so I had to message the host. He did respond within the hour. The neighbourhood felt safe and comfortable . Never made use of the yard but it looks welcoming for pets and family. Would definitely recommend.
