This 5 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom house has 2 complete living spaces, one upstairs and one downstairs. 2 kitchens, 2 living rooms, 2 laundry facilities, a large deck with outdoor dining table & chairs, and a patio. 2 BBQs (one on the deck, and one on the lower patio) and beautiful large fenced backyard in quiet neighborhood.  The house was recently renovated top to bottom. All furnishings are new, including mattresses, high-quality linens and bedding. 3 TVs, 2 laundry rooms, etc. Close to 2 playgrounds and walking/biking trails. Bars, restaurants, grocery & convenience stores all within walking distance. The Eastlink Center/multiplex is a short 15 minute walk.
