Welcome to Escapes to the Shores Penthouse 1804! This oversized, 2 story condo sits on the top floor on the West corner. The new owner recently remodeled it which included all new paint, lighting, furniture, electronics, and more and it truly gave this Penthouse condo the luxury feel that it deserved! The first floor of P1804 includes one bedroom with a King bed with private bath with a shower/tub combo. The rest of this floor is all common area and includes the kitchen that has all stainless steel Viking appliances. There are 2 bars/sitting area thaat can seat up to 7 people. There are 2 seperate dining areas off of the kitchen - one seats 6 and the other seats 8! Also located on this floor are 2 living room areas that are perfect for gathering while both offering breath taking views of the Gulf of Mexico. For those that prefer to sit and loung outsid, the main level has a Gulf facing balcony and also a massive West facing balcony.

The second level of the condo has a bonus extra living room area with bunk beds and then the other 2 bedrooms. The Guest bedroom on this floor has 2 Queen beds, a flat screen TV, a private balcony that faces North, and a private bathroom with shower/tub combo. On the South side of this floor is the Master Suite. There is a King bed, a flat screen TV, and private balcony access that overlooks the Gulf. The Master bathroom has a double vanity, a sit down jet tub, a walk in shower, and seperate toilet area.

Great stay. Great condo.

We have stayed at this complex several times. The facilities are always and great and this may be our favorite condo out of all of them. It’s hard to even call it a condo with the size and how it’s furnished. It’s not your average condo at all. We will be coming back for sure.

Needs attention

We had a wonderful time. The resort amenities were great, both pools, the hot tub, gym, etc. The room, however, needs some attention. Although it was spacious, it was not clean. There was a build up of dust on many parts of the condo and the furniture, the kitchen knobs had a build up on them, and all the extra bedding in the closets were dirty with blood or urine on them. There were no sheets for the pull out beds and there was a large number of damages including issues with the oven and two shower heads. The kitchen was nice but it was not stocked with any cooking utensils and the cabinets were a mess. They were somewhat attentive when things were brought to their attention. After contacting the property managers, they did bring sheets for the pull out couch, and brought cooking utensils, plastic bowls, and new cookwear for kitchen . The communication was great from the property managers. It has huge potential and it is a beautiful place but just needs some attention for the price it cost.

Great Location and Very Spacious

Loved the property...beautiful and spacious condo. Only complaints were the water in the bathrooms, especially the master, would just cut off and on at random which made showers take longer than they should have because you would literally just be standing in the shower waiting for the water to come back on. The two queen beds in the upstairs room were super uncomfortable. Also could have been a little cleaner for the cleaning fee you pay. All in all still a positive experience.
