Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway an oasis of calm along the captivating Nova Scotia southern coast.
Nestled in the Southwest Nova Biosphere Region, you are surrounded by a beautiful wooded peninsula with fens amid old growth forest.
This cottage invites you to enjoy the outdoors with its large yard leading to the Atlantic. Guests will love the ocasional visit by wildlife.

Once inside Ocean Pines guests are welcomed with an open concept living space featuring a fully equipped kitchen, dining for 4, a comfortable living area with Smart TV featuring a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping and a cozy woodstove. The bright sunroom leads to the deck, bringing the outside in and showcasing the fantastic ocean view.
Up the stairs the loft space leads to a bedroom and three piece bathroom. The open loft provides a desk for teleworking and a day bed for additional sleeping or relaxing with a good book.

Situated along the Lighthouse Route, the area is known for scenic oceanfront views, white sandy Roseway Beach, Ingomar is a quiet fishing village with a local wharf where mackerel fishing occurs. The peninsula is located between the towns of historic Shelburne and Barrington, the "lobster capital of Canada".

Windows & Doors: Ensure all windows are securely closed and latch the sliding glass doors. Lock the front door upon departure.

Energy: Turn off all lights, the TV, and the mini-split AC before you leave. Thank you for helping us conserve energy!
