Welcome to a peaceful suite for a perfect stay to relax and revive from work. Located in a quite, safe and friendly neighborhood in North of Nanaimo which is the best community of the city. Amazing views of Salish-sea and mainland mountains. Quite residential area but with easy access to Costco, Woodgrove, Superstore, and other attractions. 5 minutes walking to the stair way to beach. 15 minutes to departure bay ferry terminal. we can accommodate up to 4 adults.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

This is our second visit to this property and both times we were happy with it. The neighborhood is very quiet but not far from amenities. The host is very helpful and accommodating.

Very nice place, can see the harbor from one of the bedrooms. Unit is a walkout basement suite, good parking very quiet neighborhood.

What a great spot! Nice quiet location very close to the beach. The basement suite is a daylight one, so nice and bright. It is well stocked and close to everything. We will be back for sure! Check in and out was smooth and Claire was great with communication.

We booked this for a family of 3. It was nice to have two bedrooms. Communication was excellent from the host. It was clean for the most part however the inside of the fridge had not been cleaned. There was a broken blind in the master bedroom which allowed the full on sun to come in at 5 am which was an early morning wakeup after travelling. I contacted the host the next day and they did what they could to fix it which was good. There is no screen in the second room so you could not open the window at night. There is no air conditioning and it was very warm so we asked for a fan, which the host brought to us. It was also very humid and had a bit of a smell i think from the humidity. There was a dehumidifier in the place but it didnt seem to do a lot. The yard definitely needs some attention. It boasts a sitting area which is very nice however there is scrap wood and items all around the yard. The grass was also very unkept. Overall it was a nice place to stay and would stay again. It just needs more attention to cleaning and the yard for the price you pay.

This property was perfect for 4 people, good parking, easy access and very quiet. It has a great private yard and plenty of space inside. We enjoyed our stay.
