Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Please take out any garbage, waste, and recycling and put them in their respective bins which are on the opposite side of the house. (Black-garbage; Blue - recycling; Green - waste). Thanks very much!
Please put any and all used towels, wash cloths, tea towels etc. in the bathtub.
Please advise J.C. when you leave by texting her at 250-816-8746, so she can start the cleaning process. Please let J.C. know if you used the pull out bed in the living room. Thanks!

We moved to Nanaimo 17 years ago from Alberta and absolutely love it here! It is so wonderful to still be able to golf and ride our bikes even in the winter months. There are more than 30 golf courses on the island and we have enjoyed many of them. Nanaimo, the whole Island, and the surrounding Islands, are a hiker's and biker's paradise (pedal bikes and motor bikes!).

Why they chose this property

We really like the fact that we are only a 5 minute walk to Linley Valley trails, where you can spend many a day exploring just that area alone. We are also only a 5 minute drive from Departure Bay Beach and Piper's Lagoon. Our neighborhood is very quiet, friendly, and safe.

What makes this property unique

When we go to other VRBO's, we really like the option of a hot tub, so we wanted that to be an attraction for our guests. We have strived to equip the kitchen with anything and everything our guests could possibly need to enhance and enjoy their stay!
