Great location. It was close to downtown to access restaurants and activities but quiet and relaxing. The host was quick to respond and so accommodating. The bed was so comfortable and amazing after spending all day enjoying the area. We hated to leave. The showers had rain shower heads with good water pressure. We looked forward to ending our day with a refreshing shower. One of the showers is a walk-in shower. It was nice to have 2 1/2 baths. It is clean and well kept. Lots of cupboards and drawer space in bedroom. We appreciated having a place to do laundry. The host provided us with unscented detergent and a cooler for our road trips. Kitchen spacious. So many amazing places to eat so little time. We enjoyed Pizza Culture, OEB on 1st for nearby restaurants and Caesar's Steakhouse for a special occasion. Mari's bakery nearby is a must. Delicious pastries. Lots of parks to enjoy nearby. We loved all the amazing people we met along the way. Banff (1 & 1/2) hours with Bow trail falls accessible by car, Lake Louise (2 hours away), Moraine Lake (book a shuttle (Fairview) at Lake Louise Inn, Bill Peytos in Lake Louise also good food. Leave early and drive the Icefield Parkway very beautiful. Lake Peyto in Jasper National Park is a must (a bit of an uphill trek but worth it). So much to do and after a long day of exploring a beautiful place to return. Would recommend having some games, a baking sheet, a casserole pan, aluminum foil and some basic condiments to enjoy the kitchen.
