Back on the rental market, our 4BR/4.5BA home is located in a private, gated community in Grayton Beach. Highlights include FREE BEACH CHAIR SERVICE, chef's kitchen with Thermador appliances, spacious master bath suite, a short walk via a boardwalk with no steps to private beach access bordering Grayton State Park and large beach, two neighborhood pools (one of which is heated during the peak holidays and breaks). We also supply a beach cart so that you don't have to carry your stuff to the beach. 4 beach cruiser bicycles are also included! Discounted golf cart rates available.

The Preserve at Grayton Beach is a quiet family-oriented neighborhood situated on the West end of Grayton Beach, very close to Blue Mountain. It is around 5 minutes to Red Bar, Shunk Gulley, Perfect Pig, Cowgirl Kitchen, Grayton Seafood, AJs, Beach Camp Brewpub, Goatfeathers, Hurricane Oyster Bar, Chanticleer, Roux 30A, Grace Pizza, Mimmos Blue Mountain, Local Seafood, Pizza by the Sea, and more!

Grayton Beach was recently rated the top beach in the US due to its white sugary sand, emerald green water, private beaches, and local community. In addition to all that, you can also enjoy snorkeling or scuba diving at one of the reefs nearby (Turtle Reef is just off Grayton Beach).

Amazing home

We loved our stay here so much! It is a walk to the beach but is so beautiful and peaceful like a forest. The beach is dreamy! The home is great space and clean and so accommodating for a large family!

This home is a great property with 2 living rooms, great for extended family. Chefs kitchen, upscale finishes, luxury home in the Preserve at Grayton. Amazing community with great amenities, 2 pools, 1 heated during school breaks, tennis and pickle ball. And best of all, don't worry about fighting for a beach spot! The Preserve has one of the best beach access points on 30A!
