This property is spectacular!! Plenty of room to all hang out together and also wonderful spaces to escape to. Kitchen was well stocked and all amenities were considered. The kids especially liked the main floor bathroom that has a tub that fills from the ceiling! Eileen is the property manager and she was so wonderful. The communication was amazing. We will definitely be staying here again.

Perfect home for families

The home is perfect! It had everything you could want for and need. We had nine in our group and there was plenty of space. Our only complaint was two of the four bedrooms are warmer than desired for sleeping. Also, note lots of construction near the home, but it is manageable.

Great House, would love to come back.

House is great, you won't be disappointed. Very nice finishings and decorations. Three fantastic master suites all with their own very nice bathrooms and shower. Kids loved the bunk room. Nice that there are two large beds in the bunk room if you need to pile more kids in there. Two laundry rooms was very convenient! enjoyed the third floor birds nest bar area and view to enjoy some drinks at the end of the day. Property manager Joe was very helpful and responsive.

Amazing

I had never been to Santa Rosa and decided to take my family on a last minute Spring Break trip. I am so glad I did. The area is beautiful but the house and neighborhood are unbelievable. The house was even more amazing in person. It is extremely clean, stunningly decorated and the owners have thought of absolutely everything that you could need on a vacation even down to toiletries which included Tommy Bahama bath products. We especially loved the porch with the fireplace, the 3rd floor bar/deck & the spa bathroom. We can't wait to come back.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood!

Wow!!! Sea to Sea was one of the most beautiful vacation homes we have ever stayed in. Everything about the house was perfect. The beds were extremely comfortable, the kitchen was fully stocked, there are 3 ice makers, the bathrooms were so clean and nice, the screened in porch was breathtaking... the list goes on and on. We made the walk to the beach with 2 coolers, 3 kids, boogie boards, floats, all with just a wagon and it was not a problem. The walk is 10 minutes, flat, & shaded. We brought bikes for our kids & they LOVED riding their bikes in the gated neighborhood. We found out that our home in Destin was flooded 3 days before leaving for vacation. By fate, we stumbled across this house. What a blessing in disguise. Grayton beach was breathtaking and the people were so friendly. We will be returning to this area from now on! So long Destin!!! There was no traffic and the Publix was a 5 minute drive away. The restaurants were wonderful, but we found ourselves cooking the majority of the time because the house was so beautiful. The property manager Donna stopped by one morning to see how things were going. She was so friendly and told us to call her if we needed anything. We had no complaints & will definitely be returning back to Sea to Sea soon!

Fabulous house just minutes from a beautiful private beach

This house was everything it was advertised to be. Great location in a gated community, a few minutes walk down a private boardwalk onto a private beach, and easy access to all of the lovely 30A communities> The layout of the home is fantastic for families and the 3rd floor bar and patio made for a great location for the dad’s to escape to get in some work in the mornings before an afternoon full of play. Donna (the property manager) was readily available via email and responded promptly to a couple of inquiries. I can’t recommend this property enough. We’re already thinking through schedules to figure out if we can make another visit work in 2023.

Beautiful home

This house is gorgeous and can accommodate many. Never felt crowded. There are so many areas in the home to hang out in. The outdoor screened porch was amazing! We had coffee there daily and played many board games. The living room was roomy for movie nights! The third floor outdoor sitting was such a delight! The view was gorgeous and again many chairs to accommodate for fun card games or just hanging out. Would definitely recommend this for families to stay. Absolutely love the set up! The beach access was a bit difficult because you have to cross a canal which is a bit of a challenge with all the beach gear and children.

Overall everything was great at this property. We arrived a tad early not to enter the property but just to stretch a bit after a long car ride. We were unpleasantly greeted outside (by someone attending to the house) by being told we still had another 30 minutes before check-in. Overall the week at the property was good. The house is very spacious and welcoming. There were several bugs (centipedes, even a roach spotted in the main level master bathroom) that needs to be addressed possibly with a routine service. Otherwise, our time at this property was great. Thank You!

"Walk to the beach" -Maybe, Maybe not!

This house is fantastic! The bedrooms and bathrooms are the nicest I've ever experienced. And, the kitchen is equipped like a 5 Star chef lives there. However, the property is listed as a beach house with "Walk to the Beach" as one of it's highlights. If you are in your twenties, you can walk to the beach with no problem. It is only about 1 mile away. However, if you are a senior citizen, I do not recommend this place. By the time you load up all the stuff you need for a trip to the beach and then make the trek to actually get to the beach and then be told that your portion of the "private beach" is another 300 yards to the West across the deep sand, you will wish you had actually rented a beach house, not a nice house with a beach decorating theme. Anyway, if your young and athletic, this place is great! You'll love it! If you are 70, don't buy the "Walk to the Beach", just walk away!

SEA to sea is the perfect house for an extended family vacation. The house was spotless on arrival. The kitchen was well equipped and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable. The kids especially loved the bunk room. Access to the beach and bike trails were easy.

Spectacular!!!

This property is absolutely stunning! It's located in a lovely neighborhood that is pristinely maintained. The home is beautifully decorated. We all agreed that it was like being in an HGTV home. Because we cooked all of our meals at the house, it was especially nice to have such a well-equipped kitchen. There is so much space to spread out and to gather. The bar and deck area on the third floor was a wonderful place to relax and have great conversation at the end of the day. Since we had rainy weather for half of the week, we loved that we had such a wonderful place to spend those rainy days together. All of my family commented on how comfy the beds were and how much thought the owners put into the design of the home. Donna, the property manager, was quite responsive to all of our needs and questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and hope to return soon!

Attention to Detail

What a wonderful experience. The owner has thought of everything visitors may need to enjoy their stay. The kitchen is the best equipped kitchen I've ever seen. The house decorations are beautiful and it is decorated as you would want your own house, not like one where strangers would be staying. The BBQ gas grill even had a full spare propane tank, just in case we needed it. The Direct TV had all the movie channels as well as a DVR allowing us to record anything we wanted to. We didn’t need the elevator but what a great item if someone in your family has trouble climbing stairs. Wouldn’t change a thing and can’t think of anything that could improve our stay. Thank you and hope to come back in the future.

Beautiful home a short walk from the beach.

You instantly feel at home when you walk into this house. Large and open bottom floor allows for a lot of group interaction. There is great screened in porch that seats about 8. Large bathrooms and kitchen. The only negative I can think of is that the upstairs bedrooms are a bit warm at night but generally cool down later at night. The beach is about a ten minute walk. I would return here next year. Our favorite vacation home we have had so far.

Great house and location!

We absolutely loved our stay at SEA to Sea! The house was a delight - beautifully decorated and well stocked with anything and everything we needed. From beach chairs and towels to amazing dinnerware. The location of the house was great! We were easily able to get to Grayton Beach and Blue Mountain either on bikes or foot. We will definitely be back! We have rented a lot of houses in the area and this was our favorite by far. Thank you!!
