We truly enjoyed our stay at this property. We loved the location just steps from the heated lagoon pool and an easy walk to the beach. The large exterior laundry room was great for storing beach chairs or other items when not in use. The patio was perfect and offered both shade and sun depending on peference. Our large gate blocked the patio exit and so it was great to have the outdoor space for the dogs to enjoy. I was very pleasantly surprised at the number of towels provided as well as hand soap, paper towels, etc The host was also very communicative and responsive. Overall a very pleasant stay and we plan to book again.

Everything was great! Had all the basic accommodations and amenities. The condo could have been a little cleaner. (Small amounts of pet hair on the bedding had to be washed prior to use). Otherwise the rest of the condo was clean and tidy. The location to the pool was right outside of the patio and the walk to the board walk and beach was easy and convenient. The Host responded to all questions in a timely manner. Our family had a great time.

Great stay. We have never been here before, but stay at condos often.Location: ideal! 1 mile from Publix and plenty of restaurants. Beachcomber down the street was a fun beach vibe if you’re okay sitting outdoors. Only 15 minute drive to downtown St. Augustine.The lagoon pool is right across from back patio door, but not too loud at all. Beach is about 5 minute walk through the resort. The beach sand is soft and white, clean, family friendly. Lots of oceanfront, so never felt crowded.Unit: good, fairly updated. Clean, plenty of towels, nice personal laundry room.The patio that overlooks pool is much bigger than it looks in pictures. Nice outdoor eating space. Shower water pressure was amazing! Parking at unit is also a plus, plenty of spaces just outside the front yard for easy loading/unloading.Overall, a great stay and we will be back again as we only live a few hours inland. The owners always responded within minutes, even with just a question about how to work one of the tv’s.
