This was an excellent place to stay for a quick weekend getaway! The upstairs was significantly warmer than the downstairs, but with the little amount of time we actually spent in the room (despite the weather), it was doable! Thank you for hosting us on such short notice!

St Augustine

We were here the first week of Oct. the drive was 12 hours. Rain was expected every day. We saw the beautiful pictures of the condo but life experience had me skeptical. Boy was I surprised. It was exactly the way the pictures looked. We did get a few great days and a few dreary. The beach was never crowded. Maybe 4-5 families there each day. Maybe 3 minutes walk to the sand. My family has asked to come back. Lots to do around town.

Amazing views and location

This is my second time renting this condo and looking forward to returning in the near future. Amazing views from both balconies. Great location and easy to get to all must see attractions. This is a beautiful, well-maintained condo and property! We loved the balcony views, especially from the primary bedroom. The pool was clean, maintained, and easily accessible. We had a very short walk to the amazing beach. Everything was perfect, a family-friendly beach getaway with a short drive to the lovely, historic St. Augustine. Many restaurants to choose from on A1A and in town. The best of both worlds. We would definitely love to come back.

Ocean Villas

The Villas #23 was awesome! It was very clean and the accommodations inside were plenty. The staff was very responsive and professional as we worked through the ice maker problem of producing extremely small amounts of ice. The staff responded quickly and brought us a bag of ice on day 2 and 2 bags of ice on day 3. We did not like the service techs response of “it’s working fine” but that was the only issue, and the bags of ice was an over and above gesture that we appreciated. We would definitely revisit Ocean Villas. Especially #23.

Perfect for Families

Our stay at this condo in St. Augustine was absolutely perfect. The unit was beautifully appointed and thoughtfully designed, with everything we could possibly need already provided. One of the highlights for our family was the zero-entry kids’ pool, which was perfect for little ones to safely splash and play. It made our stay so much more relaxing knowing the kids had such a great space to enjoy. The ocean views from our balcony were beautiful. Waking up to the sight and sound of the ocean each day was so peaceful. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay and would absolutely return. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable, family-friendly getaway with stunning ocean views!

Great location

My family and I had a great stay. Our kids loved being able to bounce around from the beach to the heated pool and the other pool. As a parent, it was convenient to have the condo so close that we could walk to all of these places because my kids (7 & under) needed naps every day from all the playing. The short drive to St. Augustine restaurants and shops was also a plus. Great place, would stay again.

The condo was exactly as pictured-modern beach decor, clean and bright. I could see the ocean from the kitchen sink and from the bed in the primary bedroom. We were very comfortable. I really enjoyed afternoons walking on the beach or reading on the balcony, looking out at the ocean. The place was in a great location, walkable to a number of restaurants. We loved the proximity to St. Augustine Old Town. Would stay here again-highly recommend!
