Peaceful private 2-bedroom garden suite backing onto a forested greenbelt with a creek below.
A quiet natural setting with tall trees and the sound of flowing water, yet only a short drive to hiking trails, mountain parks, and about 20 minutes from downtown Vancouver.

The suite is fully private with its own entrance and self check-in.

Guests enjoy free parking on site, strong Wi-Fi, and a comfortable, fully equipped space designed for longer stays.

Living & dining: Bright open-plan living area with large garden-view windows, fireplace, dining space, TV, and a sofa that converts to an extra sleeping space. French doors open directly onto a covered patio and private deck facing the trees.

Kitchen (chef’s kitchen): A newly renovated, fully equipped chef’s kitchen with modern appliances, full fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, cookware, and everything needed for cooking at home. Designed for both short and long stays.

Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 features a queen bed, hardwood flooring, large closet, and peaceful garden views.
Bedroom 2 includes a double bed with built-in storage, hardwood floors, a cozy sitting nook with armchair and coffee table, and greenbelt views — ideal for reading or morning coffee.

Guests can often hear the nearby creek with windows open.

Bathroom:
Large spa-style bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, modern finishes, and high-quality tile work.
Fresh towels and essential toiletries provided.

-In-suite laundry (washer & dryer) with utility sink
-Naturally cool in summer, warm in winter (+heating and fans provided)

Outstanding spacious suite. Beautifully renovated, the suite has tall ceilings, a modern kitchen and bathroom. Best of all was having big windows looking out to green spaces, with the sounds of a gurgling steam filtering in. The deck was enjoyed each morning and after we returned from exploring the city. If you are bringing a dog, there is a forested trail about 5 minutes' drive from the home. Thank you Olha for this lovely stay!

Olga and Oksana were very responsive and accommodating. This basement suite is a modern, high quality full basement appartement. A wonderful bathroom and deck with build-in gas grill, looking out over a lush back yard, are great amenities. It is located in a tranquil part of North Vancouver, close to the forest edge, allowing for great hikes. Eesy access via Hwy 1. Some of their home-made jam was a nice touch.

We had a very comfortable stay at the property, along with great communication from the very kind and friendly hosts! An ideal base for our weekend, spending time enjoying the sun on the deck and listening to the creek running nearby. It felt quite private and contained enough at the end of the house that we could fully relax with the dog outside with us. The suite itself is well maintained with a modern design, the kitchen and bathroom are highlights inside- well equipped, with coffee, nice selection of teas, and a great shower! Perhaps some wider heating options could have been welcome as it got a little chilly one night (unusually for July), and some ambient lighting would be nice in the living room, but relatively minor points as overall we very much enjoyed it and will be looking to come back next time we're on the North Shore!
