Location was a nice and quiet residential area. Nice light. Everything was clean. I could have used a few more kitchen items but what was there was good quality. The knives could use some sharpening. Annie was very responsive to my requests.
House is as advertised. Clean and inviting, the living areas furniture is eclectic and dated but comfortable. The kitchen is well appointed, enough to cook a good meal. The bedrooms were clean with quite comfortable beds and pillows. The venue is an older renovated house with some minor cosmetic repairs still to be completed. The location is hard to beat - close to stores & restaurants and many outdoor activities at your doorstep. A few minutes drive from downtown Vancouver if you fancy it.
Annie was an excellent communicator.. the property was as described. Great location for our visit. All ammenities we needed were present and in excellent working order.
Hosts were very good at communicating, the place was clean and the beds were super comfortable. Lots of toys and book for our toddler, he loved it. I recommend this place 100%

The property was beautiful and well maintained. We had a great stay and really enjoyed the house. And the owner was very attentive and quick to respond to any questions/requests.
In other vrbo places we've stayed before it was disclosed that the owner was onsite. This wasn't the case that we saw communicated in the posting. They were mostly quiet in the basement, but parking in the same driveway as their RV and seeing them tend to it just felt awkward. The place itself was ok, just needed a refresh (like new towels, and other touches). Location was great!
Located very close to Grouse Mt (skiing) Capalino bridge and other attractions, this property in North Van is an excellent location for your family to stay at and enjoy Vancouver. The home comes with all the necessities that your family would need for an enjoyable vacation.
We enjoyed our stay very much. The location was wonderful and quiet, while still close to shops and restaurants. The beds were very comfortable, we all had the best nights sleep. We would absolutely stay again.
Very clean, cozy home in a quiet neighborhood, perfect for our family trip to Vancouver. The host was great with communication. We really enjoyed our stay and would 100% book here again in the future.
Nice and very clean inside One parking spot but after verifying with Annie we managed two cars I think it’s 1955 built so washrooms are not very modern but definitely very clean.
We really enjoyed this property! It was perfect, plenty of room, nice amenities. The location is outstanding. Quiet but close to all the fun outdoor activities in north Vancouver. Good communication from host. Unfortunately, there was no hot tub as advertised, but otherwise everything was better than expected. I would go there again!

Great location
The outside of the property could do with a spruce up; it looks run down as you approach it. The inside is tidy and has good sized rooms. The kitchen could be better equipped with more crockery (only five of everything). The cleaning could have been better (there were quite a few hairs in various places when we arrived). The property owner was easy to deal with and responsive to any queries. A great location.
Five long-time friends stayed for three nights in mid September at this VRBO. It was comfortable, clean, and the newly renovated kitchen with navy cabinets were so pretty, with a deck off of the kitchen. The kitchen was well stocked, and having three bedrooms and two bathrooms worked well for everyone. The house is light and spacious. Annie, the owner, was very prompt in responding to a couple of questions we had. The house is located in North Vancouver in a lovely tree-filled neighborhood with many amenities nearby, including the suspension bridge. Would definitely stay there again.
We recently stayed at this property and overall had a decent experience. The space itself was a good size and worked well for our group. The three beds were comfortable and there were plenty of clean sheets and towels provided. The full kitchen was a nice touch — well stocked with dishes, cups, and coffee, which we really appreciated. However, there were a few issues that impacted our stay. While some areas were clean, others clearly hadn’t been deep cleaned in a while. The bathroom in particular could use some attention — there was rust around the tub rings, worn-down silicone on the walls, and the whole space felt like it needed a more thorough cleaning. We also noticed some maintenance issues, like popped-out pot lights in the ceiling, and air vents that were rusty and full of dust and bugs.It felt like the property had potential but just hadn’t had regular upkeep or a deep clean in a while. With a bit more attention to cleanliness and maintenance, this could be a really great place to stay.
