Awarded 4 Stars by the Marennes-Oléron Tourist Office in 2020 this beautiful, light and airy holiday flat with a sunny terrace and just 50m from Matha beach!
Located on the costal road, just 250m from the centre of La Cotinière with its picturesque fishing port, restaurants, boutiques and shops.

The south-facing terrace and garden are equipped with a sun umbirella, outdoor shower, clothes drier, bicycle rack and lounge furniture.
Lounge furniture is made available from May 1 to October 31. Outside of this period deckchairs with cushions and blankets are provided to enable you to enjoy the view and the fresh air.


The sunlit living room is fitted with a large sofa, big flat-screen TV, Blu-ray player, radio and WiFi.

The living room gives on to an open-plan and fully fitted kitchen with table and chairs as well as an oven with a ceramic cooker, automatic DeLonghi coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, high quality tableware, glassware & cooking utilities.

The cosy bedroom has a comfortable 140 x 200cm double bed and a large open-plan cupboard system with wooden hangers and a big mirror.

The modern bathroom is fitted with a walk-in shower, toilet, sink, towel warmer, hair drier, cosmetic mirror and large mirror.

There is also a cupboard with cleaning equipment and products, iron and ironing board and vacuum cleaner.

Très bien, mais ...
Emplacement idéal, pour visiter l'ile en vélos (piste cyclable à côté), l'océan 5 mn à pied. Prestations (équipements) de haute qualité, propreté, bonne literie, parking privé, vélos en sécurité. Mais, attention de ne rien casser (10€ le verre), petit jardin extérieur peu entretenu (fin de saison ?), impossible de joindre l'hôte via messagerie Abritel ou portable (toujours éteint) 2 jours avant le départ.
