From the happy welcome, the Welcome Pack of local produce, and the clean, comfortable house, we had an amazing holiday.The property is of easy reach by foot to the town, restaurants, beach and port.The ideal base for this beautiful island to be explored by car or bike.Thank you Gerald and Nelly for a memorable stay

Une jolie petite maison très bien agencée, au calme mais proche de toutes les commodités. Propriétaires très accueillants, et attentifs. Nous avons passé un séjour court mais très agréable. Nous reviendrons sans aucun doute.

Propriétaires sympathiques et discrets.Localisation très pratique.Maison bien agencée, bien équipée et tres agréable au quotidien.Seul hic pour nous le manque de wi fi car nous sommes utilisateurs de plate-forme de streaming vidéos et regardons très peu les chaînes TNT hors infos, par ailleurs il n’y quasi pas de bande passante BT, et FREE aléatoire, nous ne savons pas pour SFR ou Orange

Location préoccupante, ne correspond pas aux standards normalement garanti via la plate-forme Abritel. Absence d’hygiène :- literie taché et remplie de poils d’animaux et de poussières - impossible de passer l’aspirateur car

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour à la Cotinière. Le temps était magnifique. La maison est proche du centre, même à pied ce qui permet d'aller chercher le pain tous les matins et de revenir à pied après un resto. Facilité de parking. Proche des autres axes routiers et des grands magasins. Maison bien équipée. Un petit matelas pour les transats extérieurs seraient les bienvenus. Nous reviendrons !

Très bon séjour

Location très propre et bien agencée. Il ne manque rien. A quelques minutes à pied du port, très bien située et très calme. Les propriétaires sont de très bons conseils !

Sejour sur l'ile d'Oléron

Malgrés un temps peu adéquat, nous avons passé un très sejour. La maidon est idéale pour des petits avec l'espace extérieur clos. Très bien équipée. C'est parfait. Au calme!! Pas loin des plages.
