Great location and great hosts. The house was very clean and well supplied with everything you could possibly need. House has plenty of parking and a huge side yard for your boat and is in a very secure area.

Comfortable and great location

We enjoyed our stay at this property as it felt like a home away from home! The house was located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to many local businesses. Definitely would consider another stay here!

Nice, clean and quiet area. Great A/C and a full kitchen for a rental! Good plates, utensils, knives and tupperware! All the basics were there, dish towels, soap, sponges! This was important for us as we made daily breakfast. TV’s worked and having the actual garage remote in hand was awesome.

Havasu February

Great place to stay. Very comfortable for us, it had all we needed to relax in the warmer weather for a month. Lots to do in Havasu and good places to eat. Having the garage to park in was a big plus for us, as was the quiet location. We would stay again.

Great Property

This was a gem in the desert! Perfect house for a family with a couple of friends. Plenty of room and very comfortable. The owner was extremely responsive and very accommodating. Will absolutely be staying here again!

We enjoyed our bisit

House was spacious and ready upon arrival. Host was great - appreciated that he checked in with us to make sure all was good upon our arrival. It was great having garage access/use. Outdoor furniture has been well used and could use some upgrade but overall an adequate space and we enjoyed our visit.

Suprise trip to havasu

We rented this house to surprise family that lives there. It fit our needs perfectly and we had no issues. I loved having my morning coffee on the rooftop terrace. Would highly recommend.

This property is located in a quiet, clean neighborhood. It is not a luxury rental but rather a clean 3 bedroom , 2 bath property that was great for our needs. Ian was easy to contact and helpful with our questions.

July 4th

My family and I had a great stay at this residence. We spent our days on the lake and it was nice to come back to the house and relax. There was plenty of parking for the two boats we brought and everyone had a great time. The homeowner is very responsive and the house had everything we needed. Would highly recommend staying here.

Perfect stay for a holiday weekend

This home was exactly what it states in the pictures and description. Everything went well, checking in was very easy and the host Ian was very accommodating to our needs. The house had everything you would need and was very comfortable. It is a bit far from the island but in reality it’s only 10mins away. Quiet neighborhood, with a human bean coffee shop just down the street which was a plus.
