The house was perfect not too many trinkets or artsy stuff for my little explorer to grab. Plenty of room for a big family to sleep comfortably.

Patio got used well

We enjoy entertaining friends and family when in Lake Havasu. The patio was conducive to this offering a patio table, numerous outdoor chairs, barbecue, fire pit and hot tub.

Great quiet place

Steve was super great. I had made a mistake on my booking and he was quick to respond and accommodated my last minute change. The place was nice and having the hot tub was a huge bonus for us and our kids. The house was stocked with everything we needed and even got to enjoy the kayaks. We were close enough to the lake and amenities , but out away from the busy doentown, which we loved. Would definately recommend this place to others.

Great spot stays cool no problem can hang out in the back were it’s gated of front stays shaded Little longer.Little long narrow of a drive way But you can park in the rocks with the boat along the street. They let you have your dogs which is a score for a lot of people that have there furry friends with them all the time like our family does. Book it you WONT be disappointed.

5-star VRBO experience in Lake Havasu!

This was my second time staying at this property…the first one being 2 years ago. Just like before…it was a 5-star VRBO experience and absolutely no complaints. Steve is very quick to respond to any questions or issues (not that there were many). Enjoyed the hot tub every evening and a couple mornings. The kitchen is well-stocked. Plenty of parking space for multiple vehicles and RVs or boats. Even a distant view of Lake Havasu below. I would definitely recommend this house to anyone looking to for a stay in Lake Havasu City!

Stayed with my family for the Holiday weekend and there was plenty of room to sleep 8 plus a toddler comfortably. House was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen was fully stocked with everything you would possibly need. The spa was nice and clean. Backyard was all enclosed which is great for dogs and young kids who want to play outside. There is an outside firepit that would be great for cold nights. The host was easygoing and easy to communicate with. We were very pleased with our stay and would stay here again!
