Truly a hidden gem!! The pics from Vrbo are true but do not do this property justice. You’ll have to just go & experience the beauty & serenity. We would have loved to explore the barns but understand the liability. The property is littered with beautiful trees, butterflies, frogs, flowers, & places to sit to enjoy different scenes - we even had a hummingbird visit. Secluded & quiet yet minutes to the lake. Inside was very clean, comfortable & included all the amenities we needed. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful Property

If you are looking to disconnect from the world, you have found a beautiful place to do it. The farmhouse is clean, comfortable and exactly as advertised. The property is a very nice walk. It is located in a very remote area and is very peaceful.

Great Lake Weekend

Great stay, easy to find but very private setting. House was clean and well stocked for our needs. Very long gravel driveway which was no issue for our Jeep but could be if very low clearance car like a corvette. Would highly recommend as we enjoyed the property.

Loved the property,! Loved the location! Down the road from lots of family. Amazing place for photos of my kids. It’s a quite hidden gem in the woods! You feel surrounded and tucked away by the the Tennessee Mountains. We will be repeat guests at this property! Loved it! Has Everythjng!

The instant my husband and his sis turned into the long gravel driveway of the Norris Farmhouse, they began to relax from their long drive.  The sight of the lovely farmhouse, old barn & out buildings bought a familiar warm feeling of their childhood, and the farm they had always wished for.Upon entering the home, they saw that the farmhouse had been beautifully renovated, and squeaky clean.  The host, Michelle, was very welcoming, and attentive as well. The kitchen was well equipped with all the appliances & utensils you'd need to cook up a nice meal.  There were extra blankets, linens & towels in the bedrooms, and the beds were comfy. They felt so peaceful & right at home at a time when they especially needed it, and didn't want to leave.Sorry I'd been unable to join them, after hearing about how much they loved their stay.

We were surprised by this rating, particularly because no concerns were reported during the stay and no explanation was provided with the review. After checkout, our housekeeping team found the home in an unusually dirty condition with a strong odor, and several towels, washcloths, toiletries, and other supplied items were missing. We take pride in providing a clean, comfortable, and well-stocked home, and we ask all guests to respect the property and its contents.
